So he asked me to note on the invoice in case it occurred again. I did 2 regular loads of laundry and it worked fine. Fast forward 2 days, spent some time out at the pool and when I went to wash the 3 pool towels and it started to act up again. Wouldn't finish the spin cycle. Does it over and over, no stopping. Called this company back and all she did, his wife I believe Djaniela, is argue with me and tell me that I was overloading. That I wasn't even supposed to wash 2 bath mats at the same time, pictured. Called my home warranty to request the call back for them to come back out again only for her to deny the invoice. Take note! Read the yelp review/Google reviews before you accept the company because most of these warranty technicians will not come back out because after the deductible they don't make any money really. But they should honor a job that they already accepted!! For this inconsiderate type of behavior, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you DON'T go with this company at all!! Yes, this is one of those reviews where I'm going to be redundant like everyone else and say if it were possible to give zero stars I would!

And now that we've submitted a new work order through the home warranty, after contacting them for an appointment, I was rudely told that the work order was denied. I'm guessing the lady on the phone was his wife based on stories the dude had told us, also would not let me get a word in edgewise, and informed me that no matter how many work orders I asked for from the home warranty, they would never do anything about our fridge. The whole experience with this company has been unpleasant. Absolutely cannot recommend.

Their website said they had over 200 pools in stock, so two birds, right? Of course, the cabinets we were looking for didn't work for us, so we then started looking for the pools. Sigh. You would think with 200+ of an item showing in stock these would be all over the dang store, but no. So we asked the guy at the computer in the front (I think his name was Colton) and he then called another clerk over to help us, who just went into the same Home Depot website we were on to check. She saw the number but couldn't find the location. Sigh. The male clerk then called another person and they said it's stocked in 41, which is like lamps and stuff. Ok, cool, do we want someone to get it out of stock for us? Yes, please. I went to walk the store and my husband waited...and waited. 20 minutes later we have a guy trying to get this dang pool off the top inventory stack above lamps. He had to call another guy for help, and has the flag guy as well helping to get this pool. We finally get the pool and head to the checkout where another guy asks if we need help with self checkout. So, grand total of people working to get this pool for our dogs is 6. It was a whole ordeal, but the pups like the water, so they're worth it.

DEMO: They had really nice countertops with wooden cabinets on display! Wooden cabinets seemed to be the current TREND and I actually really like the look. There were a lot of choices for wooden cabinets but, I was looking for a wood color that wasn't too yellow, orange, brown, grey or pink! Sounds tricky to find right? Well, you're right. It is!!! VALUE: We are taking our time looking for something that feels right to us. There were some really nice wooden cabinets being displayed so I took some pictures. I think I like the ones with the gold hardware. With the gold hardware it makes the cabinets look like it has more value... We started the entire remodel the same day, Peter and his company handled every aspect finishing the job in a reasonable amount of time. Yikes. What a clown shop…read more We had our 20 year old rooftop AC unit give out during this record heatwave (on a Sunday evening, no less). Best sent a tech right out, which was pretty cool. However, when he arrived wasn't so great. The tech quoted us $750 to change the fan motor before spending an hour on the roof "fixing" the problem. After an hour (at 11pm), he comes down and tells us that we'll need a new condensor, and that the office will have a price out to us in the morning. The next day, not a word from Best. So, we hired another company to come out and fix the problem. Turns out the condenser is fine, and the replacement of the fan motor will be $150 dollars. Turns out, the Best tech installed a new fan motor. In the process of installing the motor, the tech fried it...and then tried to upsell us thousands of dollars in additional repair that wasn't required. Dont EVER call these people if you want the problem solved, and you want to deal with an equitable, ethical company. Otherwise, look out.
