After a very unfortunate situation with a guy who completely messed up my Kitchen countertops ,I needed a company to redo do the entire process. I had bought laminate flooring from this company at least 8 years ago. I needed a few more boxes to do a repair. I knew it would be hard to match the flooring but decided to at least look. I liked that they open early. 8:00am Monday to Friday and 8:30am on Saturday. I met them to confirm my info and laminate that I had bought years ago. They told me they would call me on Monday. A few months ago we had floors put in through Heritage. They looked beautiful but shortly after they started popping up. We called and they replaced the floors at no cost. There are sooo many unique items and great discounted prices. Floor to ceiling home decor for any style. I tend to like industrial, rustic decor and found some great stuff. The installation was handled by Juan's crew. These guys did a beautiful job on the installation in a timely manner. There was a minor issue with some stain on a stair nose. We recently decided to replace the floors in almost our entire house. We came to these guys because of their GREAT reviews and we were not disappointed. Bruce is man to see, he is honest, fair and knowledgeable. They had a great selection of flooring and great prices. He let us take home a sample to make sure we were happy. His entire staff was friendly and very customer service oriented. The installer he set us up with was named Kevin and I don't even know where to start with this guy. He was was always on time and even though he encountered one issue after the next in our old house he always had the answer and made things work. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. We had our floors completely redone in October 2016. We used an expensive tile from Daltile and hired Heritage to install. A few months after the install we noticed the grout was cracking and coming up in several places. Heritage did come out to regrout (not without several attempts to get a hold of someone to do so accompanied by a threat to contact BBB...they are great at returning phone calls when they want to get paid). Several months after the fix we have more cracking and broken grout. We called again, they had their foreman Derek come out to check it out. He said we would be hearing from them shortly about a time to come out to fix. No call back. Ever. That was now several months ago and I have not bothered to follow up. We will hire a more reputable company to repair instead. A side note, we also had them place carpet in a few rooms as well and that job was also shoddy. The carpet was nice but strings keep popping out on edges especially when we vacuum. I wish I could say this was a case of you get what you pay for but I believe we paid a premium with this company and did not get the quality we deserved or paid for. read more

Exceeded my expectations. Jacob did a great job explaining the various flooring alternatives. They excel at providing useful advice. No pressure. However, the installers (Mario and Roberto) are the company stand outs. They came on time. They installed Bel Air laminate. The base boards were returned to the exact condition they were in before installing the laminate. No damage was done to any area of our condominium. They cleaned up all the the dust. They removed the carpet that had been there before. It was approximately 1,000 ft job, which they accomplished over two long days. They followed all condominium rules. The condominium conducted four separate inspections of the job to ensure compliance with their regulations. I couldn't be happier with their job. read more
