I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. They kept in touch and showed up on time . Kevin who I believe is the manger came out himself as he had promised a 45 minute wait and they kept their promise. Kevin said lets give this some time since the car has been sitting . After the car started Kevin shared valuable advise on dealing with my 12 year old car as it was shaking at 1st. I am so lucky that Kevin came right out took care of ny car and offered valuable advice . I hope not to need a Tow Truck or a jump anytime soon , but if I do , I would absolutely call Close Towing and I would ask for Kevin . I am so happy that I get to enjoy this nice day in my convertible .

AWFUL-they sold me a van with 100k miles on it.\, which appeared to be in good shape considering…read morethe mileage. I know that it is "as is" however I took it to the mechanic for a basic once over and he stated that the vehicle has been rigged to start and it basically needs all new everything. I do understand that there is a level of repair that is required with vehicles like this, however this is absolutely awful. The mechanic said there is no way that a vehicle with 100k miles on it should be in this bad of shape. They even held the title even though I paid in full with no financing. Do not buy from these people.
