I told him I had several tires used & brand new at home & I just wanted a plug I'd get the tire & return. He finally got me to give up after I felt a micro piece of the belt coming through. *He did say my tire depth was 4/32 & it was really 5/32 & 6/32 when I asked him to show me. Asked him to just put my truck in the parking lot (I was fucking pissed by then) & I would go home get a tire & pay to have "my tire" put on the rim. (I didn't want to pay for two tires to be put on rims vs one. He offered me a ride but I didn't need it or want it. (I was mad) Then this mf went and put a BRAND NEW tire on my truck "because" he said he didn't feel safe letting me drive with my tire. THIS MF AARON. I took my mad ass home & retrieved a tire (because I have several that match. I took his back 15 minutes later. Now to take one tire off & put one on took his team damn near "two fucking hours" now "I think" this was because they couldn't believe I didn't want their "new tire" I wanted my tire. I went & bought Tim Hortons EVEN AFTER that long ass tire change because I appreciated Aaron even though his ass don't listen. Again, great service and price. When moving day came, John brought an additional person to ensure the job was done within the timeframe promised. That extra person didn't add to our cost but was a huge help. The team was very respectful and considerate. Each time they walked in with a piece of furniture we heard "where would you like this ma'am/sir?" They had to move a couple pieces of furniture a few times since my mom didn't know where she wanted everything. Their answer was "wherever you want it ma'am'. Class acts!!! I will add that Andre got into the decorating mode by showing his artistic flare by placing furniture in a way we didn't see at first but LOVED the outcome. These guys are AMAZING. I recently relocated from Grand Blanc to the Bay City area. I called other…read morewell known companies in the area to get a quote and was told the total charge would be upwards of $1,500. I was also told that for moving this distance (approximately 70 miles) it was standard for companies to charge for the weight of the truck once it's loaded, milage, an hourly base rate, and additional fees like having to travel up stairs. I was flabbergasted. I called this company just to see what they had to say, expecting the same answer I had gotten from multiple other sources, and was shocked when they told me they would charge $80 flat rate, no other fees (they told me they even do out of state moves at that rate too!). The last time I moved, I paid $300 for a U-Haul and had to move everything myself. At the end of the day, I paid these guys $480 for six hours of labor and they took care of everything. Not only was their rate the most competitive, their movers were THE NICEST guys. They got right to work and didn't try to waste time, but were super personable and chatted with me and my Dad the whole time. They knew what they were doing, took ridiculously good care of my furniture (even the cheap-o particle board stuff they wrapped up and took precautions with), and even thanked me and my Dad when we carried boxes to the truck. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this company and I wish them all the luck in the world. Every single penny of that $480 was worth it and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen!

My son and daughter in law did not have the same experience unfortunately. The crew they had showed no care at all with their belongings! They dropped his $6000 tv while moving it not once but twice and when they got to the new home it would not turn on. They also dropped his dresser, dragged his mattress across the grass giving it grass stains and lost brackets for a Cabinet. They ordered brackets for the cabinet. They sent out someone to assess the repair needed for the Dresser as the drawers don't open and close like they should now. Still waiting on that repair to be done. TV repair man came out and said the TV is ruined and would cost more to fix than replace. Two guys and a Truck responded by telling my son they would give him $3500 which is $2000 less than it would cost to replace it. I originally felt the company showed some integrity in their response to the damage done by their negligent crew but i am retracting that due to their most recent response to the situation. They had said that they were going to do the right thing and make things right, but this is far from the right thing and is definitely not right! Read the reviews on this company and you will see my sons experience is not an isolated incident. Consumer Affairs has 367 one-star reviews. Other review sites are not much different. This company could improve their customer relations just by doing the right thing!
