I met a manager James who was also helpful, knowledgeable and had the technician, David look things over. David was really great and quickly diagnosed the issue and found that we needed to replace the front rotors and brake pads. James was very thorough and explained everything. He gave me the estimate which was very fair and got the process started. James ordered the parts and David was able to get the job completed and back on the road in under 2 hours!
