I called his office a few days later and asked if they could buff it out more smoothly but never got a call back. I had the same bumper repaired at the Ford dealership on an insurance claim 2 years earlier and they did an outstanding job making it look as smooth as the original. If you are getting insurance to pay for it, I suggest the dealer which has more of a reputation at stake. I recommend Mike's for a good price and decent job if you have to self pay.
