I have seen some of the comments about his office staff. I have visited both the St. Augustine office and the Palm Coast office. I have only experienced being treated kindly and professionally in the SA office. In the Palm Coast office, a few employees are some what less than friendly. I just think that this is their personality type. They aren't rude or anything like that, they are just naturally low-key and quiet. He was very honest about the expected results being management, not total elimination, which compared to my previous state of health and management is acceptable. My follow-up, because I am well-controlled has been done virtually, so it is really easy and convenient. Lisa (nurse) and Kim (receptionist) are also very kind and professional. Only one slight downside -- he is so good, it takes a while to get an appointment, which today is par for the course, but well worth the wait. I highly recommend.

We were greeted warmly and assured that they are open until 8 and anyone arriving before that time would be taken care of "no matter how long it took the staff to complete their wait list". Medical staff was extremely pleasant and totally sympathetic to the pain our grandson was in. Leaving with a full diagnostic report in hand, care instructions, and a prescription waiting for us at CVS was remarkable. He is resting comfortably at home today.
