Her staff are always easy to talk to and get billing/appointments with. Nurse is very nice and a pleasure to work with. Dr.Cooper definitely had gotten more busy since I've started seeing her. So understandably she's spread more thin. Yet I still feel like I'm not just a number and listened to. Which is very rare these days. Highly recommend her. Yet kinda wish I could keep her a secret lol.

It said don't provide personal details and that it would be anonymous, I chose the option to only write to the practice and not do a public review (until after dealing with the exceptionally rude owners wife). The next day I was informed by a lady named Kristin (claiming to be the practice owner, she's obviously not) that I would no longer be a patient because the practice felt it was "not a good fit." My feedback was not directed at my physician (and I even complimented HER) && I greatly appreciated her over the past 3+ years, but rather it was about the patient experience. The nurse was rude and acts like she hates being there, several others I know that see the same doctor feel the same way but were scared to reach out, I see why. As a patient, I found it concerning that my feedback resulted in dismissal from the practice instead of ever asking why I felt that way. I believe patients should be able to provide constructive feedback without fear of losing access to their provider. I see this has been a continuous problem from Kristen, obviously a change is needed at this practice and she is putting a dent on Dr Dormans reputation. I can see now why some of the employees were so miserable. Losing access to a physician I trusted after over three years of care felt retaliatory.

The nurse practitioner that I went to see still kept messing up with the math on my medicine and called in the wrong quantity too many times. The arguing about math was ridiculous! After all the years I left, very sad 1.5 X 2= 3mg per day.....3 x 30=90! NOT 60. This PA also got very condisending when I corrected her mistake, which she never fixed! Found a better practice. I had scheduled my blood work at 9:40 in the same building. I thought that because I'd called that they would have the appropriate requisition. I got there and was told to sign in and wait. My appointment was in ten minutes, across the hall. I tried to explain I needed the reqisition. She told me to sign in and take a seat. I went over to my appointment for bloodwork and they told me they couldn't do it without the requisition. I decided that if I ever got sick and need their help it wouldn't be worth the trouble. won't be going back!

It's truly unfortunate that I was unable to keep my appointment for a new PCP, one that was highly recommended for my area. When simply trying to find out my patient responsibility, I was met with an unexpected response from the most rude receptionist. That says a lot, considering I'm from the northeast and have not been spoken to in such a manner since moving here to Florida. Not only would she flat out refuse to give me any information I was asking. She said I would have to call my insurance company and get the answers I was asking for. I explained to this woman, my insurance company does not know how much you submit for office visits. They're going to want a code. No code. Nothing! The call ended with me saying, "I guess we will just have to wait and see!" This woman, proceeded to call me back, continuing with her unprofessionalism. I told her there was absolutely no reason for her to call me back. I asked her why she was so upset since she clearly was. There are so many details that I just don't care to type. I clearly didn't feel comfortable going to my appointment (3days later). So I called and got a lovely lady who answered. I explained my reason for canceling my appointment. She was very pleasant and apologized. Definitely not happy with the fact I now have to wait 2 months for another provider. Now, after seeing some of their reviews, I feel I may have dodged a bullet!

His wife practicing with him was arrested for child abuse for one of their adopted children. Look it up. After numerous calls he wanted $ to do a telehealth call. It took me 3 weeks to get my mother's records transfered! I have also found out other patients of his are going to Caring Heart because of his disregard for his patients.
