When I expressed my frustration and asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to reschedule or answer my calls. I ended up getting an appointment at 1pm. It apparently that's just when I'll be there and my procedure will by at 2:10 but the staff said that's not even necessarily the case. At the end of the call today I'll have to come at 1pm and got lecturered about not letting my driver leave. They said I could be done anywhere between 2pm and 4pm but that all depends on how things go with my procedure and how I do with anesthesia. I've had this done before and had no issues and was in and out in almost an hour when I did this at the Houston medical center. I hear over and over again this doctor is amazing it's just a shame the office staff is such a nightmare but as you can see from other reviews it just seems to be how this office runs. I almost feel like I should double check my will so fingers crossed I actually leave here without any major medical issues. If you could rate less than 1 star I would. Update*** I was able to speak to the office manager today and she claims my appointment will be closer to the 1pm time but that's not what my appointment reads in their own app. Long story short she essentially considers this not an issue anymore because I have an appointment. She stressed several times that she already took time off during vacation to call me but honestly had the staff not been an issue she wouldn't have had to get involved at all. I did also file an OCR complaint. From what I gathered today this behavior won't be changing and I'll just have to decide if this doctor is really worth all this trouble. Below is what I filed the OCR for the lack of concern this office has when working with disabled veterans. Issue with retaliation from scheduler Penelope when told my appt was not going to be possible in AM. She informed me she had a 1pm appt and I informed her to schedule that and let me speak with supervisor to confirm. She then refused to schedule and told me she'd let the office manager do it. I later found out after reaching out to the providers I see there that the office manager was on vacation. I asked Dr S asst to inform them to schedule me for the 1pm and she again refused. The office manager told me she was on vacation. Penelope had told the office manager I had used profanity which was untrue. On several occasions I noted my disability of anxiety as well as being in Houston to assist my parents with their cancer appointments for Chemo. I was eventually contacted and told they would move my appointment to that day at 2:10 as there was no longer a 1pm appt. I also had to contact the VA about possibly moving my provider as I was concerned about my care at this facility. I believe I was treated inappropriately especially after noting with Penelope my disability status and concerns personally of being in Houston to assist family.

ALetter to Dr Fetoh…read more I just thought I would put in writing a few thoughts so I don't forget when I do my review first of all that defeat you I am very disciplined in the fact that I have been a patient of yours for seven years. That's a pretty long time for loyalty I visited one of your new PAs the other day last month and apparently the wrong information got back to you to me. It just sounds absolutely false, but I will allow you the opportunity to tell you what happened? I have been in and out of the ER at least 4 to 5 times for diverticulitis. They treated me there quite nicely as I was having extreme stomach cramps. After the diagnosis I went to see Melissa in your Palm Bay office to explain what happened and what she can do to help me. instead, she rolled her eyes at me as I was walking into the office. I'm just not quite sure why, but then I explained everything that was happening and how awful my stomach felt. I was released from the hospital the day before after being admitted I thought maybe you could help me so I won't have to keep going back to the ER for release . Everyone I have talked to has come to the agreement that she acted quite harshly to me. I have been seeing you Dr Fetoh for seven years. That's quite a long time and I of course couldn't believe it when the first thing she said out of her mouth was I am not giving you medicine again. I tried to explain to her what has been happening to me and she refused to listen she handed me a urine cup, which was impossible to do at that moment and I explain to her that I just did one a couple months ago. I got back to me that she said I cursed her out and I did not. I was very respectful instead I said I will talk to Dr Fetoh about this next month. so a month went by I had another flareup in the hospital again and the ER doctors were quite concerned about how you were treating their patient in any case. I am completely lost of words to say I am a professional and would never say anything cruel to her to treat me so drastically I am confused, especially when they came out and told me you won't see me again and here it is from my new Pump with the only doctor I trust is telling me to leave just from a PA point of view we haven't seen each other but the few times that we did I thought we had a nice cordial relationship. You even have a chance to meet my caregiver anyway. They tried to rush me out of the office and have some kind of craziness and thinking that I'm addicted, drug addicts? I am quite saddened by this because I have never taken any medicine unless it was prescribed by you. it's just sad as all and that's why I'm writing to you. I've also discussed this matter with several professionals. You can not understand it either, but I wanted you to know that I am grateful that you gave me to another doctor to go to, which was very kind, however I really depressed me and confuse me perhaps in the future you may not be so fast you condone this behavior and perhaps ask some of your patients about the gear that they received from her Thank you for reading this and maybe there is hope for people like me that need and deserve pain medicine occasionally

I have been loyal going to them for seven years now for the last few months I've been in the hospital at least eight times with abdominal pain, but that's another story. The hospital gave me some pain medicine told me to talk to my pain doctor as I have IBS and reticulitis after I was released from the hospital. I went straight to my pain doctor and asked them for a few pain pills in case I get another flareup that may not having to go to the ER when I got there. It was another new PA she was arrogant and rude. I told her everything and asked if it was possible and she said no I said, could you please think about it or have some compassion and maybe just let me have a small bit of medicine to make it through and again she said no she looked at me like I was a liar. She looked at me like I was a drug addict. I have never been so disappointed and depressed. I thought this was my pain. Doctor and I was proud, but not anymore. you are nothing but a number. You mean absolutely nothing to them. The real doctors is the only one you can see when he's available at your site maybe once a month if you're lucky don't even waste your time.

The title implies that they are in business to treat your pain. I would not know. After waiting 7…read more(seven) weeks for an appointment and finally getting one, I was told that my procedure would begin in 5 days. The day before, they called and informed me that"the doctor was overbooked". The next available was two weeks later. Today, a day before the procedure, another call stating that the doctor was again overbooked and I was rescheduled for JUNE 17th ! The Pain Institute obviously is misnamed, since this entire ordeal began FEBRUARY 19th. In case you are wondering, Dr. Udeshi is the physician who seems to think that constantly overbooking patients with painful conditions is an acceptable practice. Since a physician's oath states "to do no harm", not helping a patient in pain or at least referring them to another doctor, seems to be crossing into that grey area. I am now busy looking for another doctor.

My firs visit went very well, (except receptionist). I did not know what to expect, Dr. Weeden was very kind, nice, helpful. The first epidural procedure went extremely well, my outcome was basically 95-98% better after about 3 wks or so. Very little pain at all ant the procedure was very professional and did not seemed rushed at all. It was the second visit where all went very very weird. We then went into a different type room with other patients and beds, once there, I was then put into a much smaller room very cramped, crowded, seemed more like a storage room turned into an area a doctor could work rather than the first time where it was in a huge room with plenty of space and a special machine so the doctor could see where he was placing the needles in my spine. This time the procedure seemed rushed, the doctor numbed the areas and immediately commenced the procedure of sticking the 4 needles for medication delivery into my back, I saw no big machine or screens for viewing. I felt the whole thing. I was gripping the bed in sheer pain and biting on the bed pillow, it took all I had to stay there and let him finish. I told Dr. Weeden it was hurting and was very painful, he didn't say much just that he was about done, "only two more". After when I asked why it hurt so much vs. the first time all he said was it was probably because I didn't have the medication he issued me the first time to take before I came in. I could not eat for a week and was having flash backs of the pain so much I would clinch up and my muscle would tighten or restrict at the mere thought of the procedure. Mind you this was not the case after the first time. My wife said the holes in my back were much bigger than the last time. I felt those marks for 4 days afterwards, it felt like an animal had it's four canines in my back all day and the area burned for about 2 days. I literally have a needle phobia and they did not act like they cared at ALL. So after all this I schedule my follow up for 2wks later on a Monday because they told me that's the day when Dr. Weeden is in that office. I get there, same exact procedure from receptionist, name, money, have a seat that's it. No hello, how are you, good to see you..nothing! I always say hello and greet when I enter someone's home or office. I guess we would have to pay extra for that so never mind. So as I am going back the lady/nurse/intern/helper surprise pop test me with a drug test I'm like WTF over. You know what I'm taking, the doctor gave it to me, neproxin, cellobrex and this other white pill I forgot the name of. And yes just to post it so the whole world can see I use thc vape pens, I have told them that, it too helps when the back pain is bad and I am out of prescription medication. Then I wait in the room for the doctor and of course a different doctor who is not familiar with me and did not do the procedure is in there, I ask where is Dr. Weeden? He's not here today. Oh nice ok so I explain all this to the Dr. that is there but as soon as I mentioned I would have preferred Dr. Weeden, you could immediatly see the change in his face and so did everything else after that. He did not try to explain why I had so much pain, he did not apologize for the pain, he just acted like he did not care and was just there to take notes. And then proceeded to advise me that I could make another appointment and PAY again to come back and tell Dr. Weeden the exact same thing I just explained to two other people who were taking notes. So I proceeded to tell the that if the Dr. Would like to speak with me, he can call me as of this time I will not be making another appointment with this office, as the pain was so excruciatingly painful that even with the back pain going all the way to the top of my foot, I will not go through that kind of pain with those kind of uncaring individuals ever again. I would rather be crippled as bad as that sounds that is how bad they hurt me and no one cared at all. I am just in shock still. I have no faith in the care industry now. And as one receptionist said, "Welcome to the Care industry."

Dr Frye sadly ruined the use of my hand and my career as a vet nurse…read more After his botched my surgery, I have had to have 2 further surgeries for correction from his shoddy work. I went to Jewett Orthopedics in Orlando for repair of his work. I would go anywhere but to Doctor Frye. Brief History: I saw Dr Frye for cortisone shots in a failing pip joint, he recommended finger pip surgery as shots were not working. I informed him I would like to have joint replacement but he insisted it was not possible, which many doctors since then have said that it was totally possible. This was his first lie. Next, was the condition of my finger post surgery as it came out leaning to one side badly plus it was excruciatingly painful. In addition, I found out that he also injured a tendon in his surgery and never told me. It had to be repaired as well in a further surgery, and when I complained to him, his words were "Well I thought I got it straight". He sent me to hand therapy and the therapist commented on the poor surgery result. As a result they tried to splint it straight, 3 times. That didn't work, it was painful to try and they even splint to go leaning it the opposite way! And he did not stop there as he then told me I had to pay for it to be corrected from his shoddy handy work and even offreed to cut my finger off! That is when I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! To correct his shoddy I had to have a pin inserted the length of my finger, down the bone in my finger for over 6 months to repair the tendon. Also, the fused joint had to be re-broken and a long plate was inserted. Then another surgery to remove the plate. To this day, it is still painful and hard to even use. (2 years on). I cannot use my finger for work or life in general. I cannot grasp my hand. I cannot use it without residual ache for hours, and a burning sensation, and I was only 59 when he did it. In conclusion, sadly all I can say is he didn't care. He turned on his heels, as after I begged for help, he just said well we can "cut it off" and then he walked out of the consult room. I'll bet this would be different if it was his botched finger surgery! My career and life was assisting in surgery with the animals. Now I can't even fill a syringe. Lastly, once you remove a joint you cannot ever replace it. Be very careful to ever remove a joint as it's irreversible, so I suggest you consider a replacement joint instead. Please research people! This surgeon may be kind to other people but he destroyed my daily life, cooking, cleaning, writing, carrying.,but most of all, I can never work again properly.

I had 2 surgeries by Dr. Moyles. The fist was on my right thumb and it went well. The second…read moresurgery was on my right middle finger to relieve a "trigger finger". It actually made things worse. Much worse. Dr. Moyles is a nice enough man, but his surgical abilities are so-so. Now my left thumb hurts, I'll live with the pain since he's the only true hand specialist in town.
