If there's one thing I've learned is that back pain is very specific and not a one-size-fits-all solution. Dr. Prusinski was extremely caring, knowledgeable, and thorough. I greatly appreciated his measured approach to dealing with my issues. It took multiple visits and increasing levels of treatments but in the end he changed my life. It's not that I'm healed but I have now gone several more years without surgery and can do so many things that I avoided for many years. Dr Paul Keller at Health First , you should be ashamed and you need some sensitivity training. We had to wait quite a while for X-rays, and she was getting antsy. My daughter was stressed and scared after X-rays for her back. Then, she needed to stand on a scale and get measured. Also stressful. Meltdown began. By the time we got into the office she wanted to leave. She was in full meltdown. I got her calmed down, and she sat on the exam table. Dr Keller came in, looked at me, and said, "She can't be doing this." I looked at him with horror, and he smiled/grimaced and shrugged his shoulders. Mama Bear came out. I asked if he seriously just told an autistic person they couldn't have a meltdown and ran out of that office. My daughter apologized for 30 minutes. She's not dumb...she's autistic. She knew what had happened and asked during that 30 minutes for a new doctor. If you can't handle the needs of people with autism-related disorders, don't see them at your practice. There are plenty of doctors who know better. If you need a spine doctor, especially for someone with special needs, I do NOT recommend Dr Paul Keller.

It has been six (6) weeks and I have two more to go before my "appointment". I have heard nothing but good about Dr. Woodward and at the same time the very same people when I mention my experience said yeah that's how they are. at this point since I am in pain I am going to check out another doctor that I have heard good reviews on both him and his staff.

I always accompany my husband to his appointments, and Dr. Zabinski takes a moment to ask how I'm doing as well. That kind of personal care and attention is rare and very much appreciated. It's important to note that Dr. Zabinski recently changed offices and now has a wonderful staff who are professional, kind, and efficient. The new office runs smoothly, and the environment feels much more welcoming. Unfortunately, some of the older reviews still reflect issues from his previous office staff, which no longer applies. I have also relied on him to surgically remove a prostate tumor that involved the bladder as well. In short, he's taken good care of my urological needs over the years. His new office staff is very helpful. If they can't answer the phone, I get a call back within 30 minutes.

Karen was very kind and knowledgeable. I was pleased with my therapy & my progress thus far... Can't wait to see her Friday to show her what I can do now!! MARCH 2025 Review: PAPERWORK... Should be offered to be filled out BEFORE arriving. The first time I went in February, I had left-hand surgery & could still use my right hand to fill out the paperwork... However, less than a month later I had right-hand surgery and could NOT use my right hand to fill out paperwork. Thank goodness there was someone kind enough to fill out the paperwork for me, but if given the ability to fill out the paperwork online before the appointment - it would've been MUCH easier & more comprehensible! JUNE 2025 Review: I'm done! Both hands are feeling great! I needed some Iontophoresis therapy & that utilizes electrical currents to deliver corticosteroid through the skin, to reduce inflammation and pain in my hands. Karen would massage both hands (palms), wipe off the lotion with alcohol, inject the Dexamethasone onto a pad (with a built in battery) that was connected to the Iontophoresis machine (using electrical stimulation (electrodes). Ions in the substance use the charge of the electrical current to deliver the medication by repelling each other like magnets.), stick it to my hands, & then put the 2nd electrode pad will be filled with saline & placed on my arm to help conduct that electrical connection, so to speak...
