CVS has an aggressive filtering system, that needs to exist because too many chuds will call for a lot of dumb things that can be easily answered through an online search or automation. That said, what happens when the pharmacy calls me regarding a prescription and requests that I call them back? You guessed it, I have to deal with their aggressive filtering that makes it really difficult to just get somebody on the phone. This CVS is actually awful. I know reviews probably don't matter, but hopefully this'll save time and frustration for at least one person. If you really need your medication in a timely fashion, you can't rely on this terrible store to do the right thing.

Picking up a prescription takes a 15 minute wait when it is a refill and up to a day if it's a called in prescription. I had a 9 am appt for an immunization, arrived 5 min early, and checked in. (There was no other customers in the pharmacy.) It is now 9:30 and I am still waiting. Pharmacist called me at 9:31. She was pleasant, seemed skilled. The problem is customer service. Still only one star.

I just want to give a shout out to B and her awesome team who literally came to my rescue today. I am always coming here for my family members meds, but today it was for me. I tested positive for Covid and my doctor called in my script that needed to be started right away. Without hesitation, team member B got my medicine ready by the time I drove to the store.
