I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus. The only thing they were fast at delivering was invoices. At the end of our lease, we also found out we have to pay exorbitant fees to send THEIR copier back to the leasing company. They offered to ship it for us... but at an outrageous rate that was almost laughable. Thankfully, the new company we are working with (email me and I'll send the recommendation) is helping us return it for much much less. All promises and smiles up front, but when it comes time to stand behind their product, nothing but excuses and poor support. Looks like this has been their game for years now.

Terrible! A salesperson from this company told us that we could finance our business copier over…read morethe course of two years for a certain rate, after which we would receive the title and own the machine outright. We received a quote stating the purchase price and monthly rate, and signed a simple purchase agreement to that effect. It stated: A lien is retained in favor of Business World, Inc. on the above equipment until the full amount is paid and debtor agrees to return the equipment upon default without necessity of legal action. Title does not pass to buyer until paid in full. Fine, right? No. This person neglected to mention that the 'financing' itself was actually only a lease on the equipment and that we would have to pay a large 'buyout' fee at the end of the term. The only statement about this on *that* agreement was this fine print: Purchase option: fmv unless otherwise indicated. Apparently, fmv stands for fair market value, and that little statement meant we were obligated to 'buy' the copier again at the end of the term (or continue to lease the machine at the already inflated monthly rate). When you include the mandatory 'maintenance' contract we had to sign in order to finance (aka lease) the copier, we wound up paying over $5,000 for a $2,000 machine. And of course, no maintenance was ever done - after the first year or so, they stopped coming even quarterly to check the machine. They didn't stop charging us $75-130 monthly for 'maintenance and overages', though. Do NOT use Business World. Their salespeople are shady and WILL lie to you. You shouldn't need an attorney present to finance a copy machine!
