The employees here are SOOOOO much more professional and friendly compared to the NLR location. A lot cleaner here as well. The few times my family and I have come here or I am here by myself, maybe 3 minutes pass until an employee notices and asks if I need help/if anyone has helped me. They seems to have a better working atmosphere at this location because I noticed a lot of the employees interacting with each other a lot more. Careful if you enter using the entrance on the Chenal side of the building (where geek squad installation is). I always notice people speeding towards the exit here and cut the corner too fast!

I use this PC every day for work so my primary concern was a quick turn around on the work done. I dropped it off around 9 and it was ready for pickup just about 2 hours later. I don't feel as though the quality of work was reduced either, since the entire machine looks brand new and is running a lot quieter. He was very pleasant to communicate with during and after the services and really helpful with all of my questions. I never felt pressured or upsold on anything which is a huge plus.
