The crew was friendly and the installation itself went smoothly. My only frustration was the cleanup. Even though I always remind contractors to tidy up afterward, we still found screws, nails, empty water bottles, and other materials left behind -- unfortunately, this seems to be common with many companies. We also had an issue with the placement of one downspout. It was installed right next to our hose spigot, leaving no room to turn it on or off. We had to have the company return to adjust it. Overall, the work got done, but there were a couple of details that could have been handled better.
