My husband called them at 1:57pm. They called back at 2:02pm and the heat pump was fixed by 3:26pm. He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice. Super knowledgeable. And very compassionate. I would call no one else EVER. These are the people that you want to do business with over and over again. Will recommend to everyone.

I live in San Francisco, but my Mother lives in Pendleton. I asked for their help in checking out her 15 year old HVAC unit and they did everything they said they would. Followed up with her to book appointment on the day they said they would call, showed up at the agreed upon date and time, and provided a competitive quote.
