Unreasonably expensive. Salesman that showed up was unprofessional. They didn't really seem to listen to my concerns.

Also, looking out for additional upselling where I am sure they are encouraged to get maintenance agreements. and additional items from the client. Everything was explained in detail and I was informed on what is needed and what would be preventative including a service plan. I know that it would likely be in my best interest but since we are selling our property in the near future I explained why I didn't want one. The company went over and above to accommodate me with an issue with the troubleshooting charge and completed to get my business. The tech was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I was able to get high level service and just wanted I needed to make things right.

We did have a hiccup, spent 3 days & nights in the heat with no air after service due to AA Attendant they were not getting our messages (lady in office out sick) but, AA was saying they would be here between certain hours, someone would call us, etc. On day 3 my husband was there when the owner came in and he was completely unaware. He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. I would like to thank the Owner for being a true stand up business man and making it right for us as a consumer. His technician came both visits and was a very nice young man. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for making everything right!!

I call Full Air AC Repair to get Freon put in my unit. Justin came out for $110 and told me…read moreexactly what I already knew.... That my unit needed Freon. He said the Freon would cost about $750 and that I had a leak and needed stop leak and it would need to be changed to take a different kind of Freon because R22 is not available anymore. (It's available on Amazon). Anyways he quoted $2,000 to put Freon or $9,000 for a new unit. (I'm like I could get a couple of window units for cheape.) I asked him to put a duct back on that the water heater guys knocked off and he told me that he didn't have any supplies on the truck. After he left, I thought that I would consider putting Freon in myself. I went out to look at the unit and I heard a hissing sound coming from a valve. I took a video and sent it to him and asked about it. He said he could've hear anything. (The Freon that was in my unit was being drained!) I called someone else and they came out and put a new valve stem, reattached my duct, filled the unit with nitrogen to see if it would hold, then recharged my unit with 6lbs of Freon for $460. I highly recommended that everyone look elsewhere for their hvac needs. I saw these great reviews and thought I was getting some honest help. Nope!

Scheduling Response - Good Time to Appointment - Good Onsite technician was courteous and professional. When he was completing the semi-annual maintenance (Gold Package) I asked about the air intake and exhaust PVC pipes and he was not sure, so I demonstrated to him that they were not secured to the furnace. He then said that we did notice water below the unit and would alert me to the situation. Scratching my head, I was wondering why the cause would not be determined. He did indicate that he did look at the drain and the levelness of the pipe but, the inspection ended there. To secure, the pipes would have to be glued to the internal fittings, I gave him my PVC primer and glue. Shortly thereafter, he came into the house to tell me that he would need to go to a supply shop as my PVC glue and his glue from his truck were both congealed due to the cold weather. OK... Once complete, he then presented me with the bill. The maintenance package cost a little more than $200. He told me that he searched through all of the available billable services, the gluing of the pipes came to a little more than $200. So, the total was $408. $200 bucks to glue two pipes together, really? Since it was beyond the scope of services in the maintenance, I believe that the technician should have submitted an estimate for additional services. I paid as the work was done and I wasn't going to take it out of the technician but, I was livid. I could have done the work in 15 minutes and either warmed up my PVC glue or even gone to the store and bought a new glue. So, I paid approximately $400/hr. as it took 15 to 30 minutes for the technician to do this. REALLY??? I received an email receipt but there was no breakdown of services provided, the condition of my furnace, or anything else that one would expect. I waited for the over ubiquitous follow-up request for review before writing this but, I did not receive so, I decided to alert others without having talked with the company first.

This company doesn't care!…read more I called for refrigerant and they sent out a tech that wired my unit wrong and caused me to have a power bill that was three times it's normal amount. I spent a total of around $400ish dollars for them to replace some parts and "fix" the unit. The tech "finished" left and the unit didn't turn on, I called and he had to come back to actually finish the job. I have now had to spend an additional $500 just to get the problem they caused fixed. They said that they would call me back to discuss the issue and have not gotten a response back! I am now about $1000 deep in this issue. Strongly recommend to think before you call.
