I have been here several times and I usually get acrylics or just gel color. The service I have received here is very inconsistent. Sometimes my nails come out great and others I feel like they just rush through them so they can help other people. Overall the place is nice and clean, but I still haven't found someone here who always does a good job on my nails. I would go back if I just want a quick coat of gel, but if I want a really good manicure I would probably go somewhere else. read more

I have gotten my nails done twice at Complete Nails and my toes done once. When I was getting my toes done the woman doing them stated I could not have French tip due to my toe nails being to small, which I have never heard before I have gotten French on my toes tons of times. Now moving onto my nails I had asked for a candy corn design with the length that the picture showed. The nail technician told me she was unable to do something like that and I was understanding. However I told her I would like the same shape and dip powder was recommended. I asked for my nail shape to be round with a soft tip and the nail technician kept insisting on me getting square. I always tip and am always polite, but these two experiences really didn't sit right with me. I was hoping gold flakes would enhance my nails since they were already so short and not what I asked for and the gold flakes are already peeling off. Dissatisfied would be an understatement. I made a Yelp account solely to write how terrible this place was. Let me just preface this review with the fact that I could not have made their job easier if I tried. I came into the salon with no nail polish on and only asked that they paint my nails. I told them I didn't need my nails filed, cut, massaged, or anything else; just painted. The nail technician pulled out the drill used for acrylic nails, and attempted to drill my bare nails. I pulled my hands back and told her I did not need a drill used on my nails as there was no paint on them and I had not had anything on them for over a month. I had given my nails a month break to allow them to heal and running a harsh drill over them seemed extreme, and pointless. Apparently this offended her because she rolled her eyes, and although I couldn't understand her native language, I could read her aggressive body language which was now actively gripping the circulation out of my left hand. Luckily I am right hand dominate. At the end of this relaxing spa experience, I headed to the front to pay. I asked her if I should include the tip right now in the total price since I was paying by debit card and some places will not allow you to add the tip in after. She asked me how much I was going to tip. The total for a polish change, on both my toes and my nails, was roughly $16.00. I stated that I was going to pay $4.00 in tip, which is over the standard 20% I normally tip, and in my opinion more than generous. Again it seemed I offended her. She refused to answer me and instead tossed the receipt in my general direction and told me to sign. As I was about to sign, I saw that my right pointer finger was chipping. I had gotten a gel polish so I was surprised that the polish was already chipping. I brought this to the technician's attention, and asked if she could fix it. She walked away without saying anything and returned with a nail file. She filed the side that was peeling up, making it only slightly better, like makeup caked over a massive zit. When I asked her to repaint the nail she refused. Kind of. She didn't actually say the word no, she just walked away and pretended she didn't understand me, even though two minutes prior she had inquired about her tip in perfect English. I asked the question once more. To the room of people who were now visibly ignoring me. I added the $4.00 tip, signed the receipt, and walked my chipped nail out. By the time I arrived home, two more of my nails had chipped. They look worse today than they did before I got them done. read more

If I have to tell you how to do a pedicure, then you need to be trained by a professional. If my pedicure took no more than 10 mins, then you did a rushed job. If my $0 tip doesn't change the way you serve your customers then you'll be losing customers. I came on the recommendation of a family member and it was a very disappointing experience. It's been a year since I was here last but I've never had any bad experiences. I used a gift certificate and received a manicure and pedicure. The deluxe pedicure has lots of perks! The staff did not rush me through, they did what I asked and didn't try to up sell any services. The staff was nice, the decor was pleasant and they have 2 big screen tv's. I went on a Sat early afternoon and did not have a wait. They have several stations for nails and approx 6-7 massage chairs for pedicures. Toes are very nice, jet black as I wanted. Nails on the other hand.... First of all, I wanted matte and she applied the matte and you can see the lines of it and it's a bumpy texture.
