This environment, staff, and variety of things they have for you was beyond what I was expecting. I was truly blown away. My husband and I - not to mention our 21 month little girl were welcomed in from the moment we swung that door open. They are a rescue -pet animal friendly place with pups that are so so sooo awesome. We didn't really know what to expect other than the typical pushy or couldn't be bothered type staff that don't or won't look up from there phones - but wasn't the case. There was two people there B and Andrew that were super inciteful, informative, and just super nice ! We didn't know what we were looking for but she sure knew any and every answer to all our questions. We were beyond happy with our purchases and cant wait to go back. I ended up talking to the owner today because I thought we left my daughters books we had just for from the bookstore across the street - when I called the main number it was literally the OWNERS! I simply asked if he knew the staff working last night and if by chance if there was any mentioning of books being left .. He literally checked with them AND reviewed the cameras for me!!! Called me back twice within minutes of looking into it - RIGHT THEN AND THERE. I am si grateful and blown away by the customer service and the way this business is run because now a days you just don't come by experiences like this ! sorry to blab but literally CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Even in the business pics on here you can see there are not a lot of product displays- that's bc there aren't a lot of product options. I just needed CBN.. any kind, could be mixed w THC, edible, tincture, I didn't care - but all they had that included CBN was a gross drink with sugar and a list of ingredients as long as my Costco receipts.. I'm assuming this shop is a better spot for locals going for generic options; but if you're going for something more specific, or think you can just drop in for what you need, I'd call first to confirm they have what you want instead of wasting your time. Two stars because the rep was very kind, (although not very educated on the industry), and the place was clean.
