Since I bought my home, I have been struggling with a leak issues on an old extension on the back end of my house. Full disclosure I have a very unique case/ leak and its still currently an on going issue. Now let me be clear this is in NO fault to CRS and its crew. Mike in particular is what you look for in a contractor. Mike like much of his staff is always easily able to get in contact with. When the ceiling in my sons room started leaking water during a heavy rain I panicked. I immediately did a Google search for roof repairs in Dumont NJ. CRS kept showing up on every search request. I went on their website and read the reviews posted and decided to contact them for a quote. To my surprise, I immediately got a call from Mike Stone of CRS. I explained the situation to Mike and he took it from there. He came the next day and personally went up to the my roof to asses the damage. He understood I was not in a position for an expensive roof repair and assured me he would give me the best case scenario and he did. Mike took the time to explain the problem and wrote up the estimate on the spot. The Quote was so reasonable I signed the contract and hired him for the job. I like to note that he followed COVID19 social distancing and came protected with gloves and a mask. He even had a spray bottle of alcohol for extra safety. All pictures and contracts were emailed to me so to limit as much contact with each other as necessary. I can"t express enough how important that was for me to know Mike and CRS followed COVID19 safety protocols. Although Mike did not commit to a start date, I received a message from him the same day telling me he will have someone out the next day. You cant beat a one day turn around. Complete Roofing Systems replaced my flat roof in March of 2025, they also repaired some of my shingled portion of the roof and did repair on my chimney as well. Mike Stone at Complete Roofing Systems is a true professional and very trustworthy. Mike was extremely thorough and detailed with my estimate, but it was simple to understand. Mike was upfront about all the work needed to replace my roof, there were no surprises which was refreshing. Mike kept me updated on the start of my project after he received my initial deposit, I did not have to follow up with him for the status, he consistently kept me updated about the start date. Responsive, knowledgeable, reliable, and thorough, they are vastly superior to any of the other roofers I used for 20 years before discovering them 5+ years ago. He was the most intelligent, knowledgeable person that came to quote this job. He saw and explained things about our house that I never noticed. Once we decided to go with Complete Roof Systems, I never spoke with him again. That is because the job was handed off to a project manager. This project manager was and still is my link to Complete. He is an excellent communicator whether it be via phone, text or email. He explained how they would proceed and addressed all of our concerns. I spotted him passing by on the evening of day one to check on progress and the condition our property was left in. Complete wasn't the least expensive company to bid on our roofing project but we feel that we made the right choice. read more

We had our roof repaired many times in the past, but after we hired CRS 2 years ago, that was the end of our leaks! They were very professional. They came on time. They explained exactly why we were getting leaks. They took pictures from my roof to show me what they were working with. They helped us come in within our budget. They did what they said they would do and they charged us exactly what they said it would cost. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again and recommend them without any reservations!
