We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. The appointment was set up for Monday July 13th and I was told someone would call the day before to advise of the time window that would be set up. No one called the day before and after waiting till mid-morning I called. I was then told that my appointment was not set up and that I would be called back after checking the schedule if someone could still come. After several hours no one called so I called again and was told the scheduling manger hadn't been contacted yet. After already been inconvenienced, I said I would be available either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday so please determine when someone could come and get back to me asap or leave a message on my phone as I needed to go out. No one called until 2:14PM the next day on Tuesday and left a message advising the service would be scheduled for Wednesday and also what means of payment would be accepted. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no time window. When the crew showed up on Wednesday, around 10:30AM although they were obviously not responsible for the poor customer service I received, I felt obligated to express my dissatisfaction at that point. They understood and the gentleman who said he was Steve Bryants brother-in-law said that he would relay my situation and that Steve would probably call me. I've waited a week to post this review in an effort to see if in fact Steve or anyone else would contact me with at least an apology for my inconvenience. Needless to say, this is not the customer service I expected and will be looking for an alternate company for my annual service.

I was impressed with Deven's easy-going, entrepreneurial spirit. He also did an excellent job of cleaning the insects and dirt build up at the front entrance to my home.
