I called earlier and scheduled an appointment and they provided a window of when they would come. They arrived and quickly got to work. The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). The appointment was set up for Monday July 13th and I was told someone would call the day before to advise of the time window that would be set up. No one called the day before and after waiting till mid-morning I called. I was then told that my appointment was not set up and that I would be called back after checking the schedule if someone could still come. After several hours no one called so I called again and was told the scheduling manger hadn't been contacted yet. After already been inconvenienced, I said I would be available either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday so please determine when someone could come and get back to me asap or leave a message on my phone as I needed to go out. No one called until 2:14PM the next day on Tuesday and left a message advising the service would be scheduled for Wednesday and also what means of payment would be accepted. There was no apology for the inconvenience and no time window. When the crew showed up on Wednesday, around 10:30AM although they were obviously not responsible for the poor customer service I received, I felt obligated to express my dissatisfaction at that point. They understood and the gentleman who said he was Steve Bryants brother-in-law said that he would relay my situation and that Steve would probably call me. I've waited a week to post this review in an effort to see if in fact Steve or anyone else would contact me with at least an apology for my inconvenience. Needless to say, this is not the customer service I expected and will be looking for an alternate company for my annual service.

Our townhome in Fairfax was serviced yesterday. The crew did not 'powerwash' the house as…read morerequested. They lightly sprayed a cleaning solution standing from the ground over the siding in a haphazard manner and never pressure washed it off, leaving dirt and debris behind. And the main reason for requesting the service was to address a discolored rake board at the apex of the roof, that remains discolored, as they never got anywhere close to it standing from afar. I asked them to get on the roof to get adequate pressure and they reluctantly climbed a ladder to get closer, but got no where close enough to have any impact. They would not get on the roof, which was needed. They also carelessly opened their van doors into the side of my vehicle parked next to them and chipped the paint. There is certainly a lack of quality control at Bryants, which is disappointing as we have always had good service until now.
