Long story short when she arrived at the studio with two of her helpers I told her I didn't think 175 was enough for a job and I was gonna pay 200 as that seemed fairer. When they were done about an hour and a half later she asked me to come check it. I went by and everything seemed fine however I failed to check carefully. . Only after they left and I was gonna go take some pictures for a listing did I realize they hadn't touched the refrigerator. It was full of food from the previous tenant and food in the freezer as well. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that they didn't even open because it had dirty towels in and some stuff on the shelves. It's just really strange. Anyway, I ended up cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer myself. I then ran a vacuum over the rugs and ended up with a complete container of dog hair and dirt so they definitely need a better vacuum. I really wanted to like them and give them a good review. However, I don't think they will improve on their shortcomings unless they are made aware. The last thing is the communication is a major issue.

She scheduled a move in and a move out for me. they know her and she said this way I will prove to you they are the best. the move in clean was scheduled the day prior me moving in. The house was completely empty. Contractors finished the job and they cleaned their mess prior to leaving. cabinets were not cleaned with dust bunny in it, spider web on the corner of the shower, fridge wasn't cleaned on top nor inside, windows sills not cleaned .... so much that my friend cried and did everything herself. the move out was scheduled and she wasn't going to keep it but, the company offered to come back to redo the work but due to scheduling it wasn't possible. (oh and PS we are still finding area while unpacking that were never touched by them). so I said to my friend, maybe they will send a different team and notify them so we will have a better services this time. MISTAKE again! I waited outside during the cleaning. they asked me to come and check. well they rushed me to check would be a better sentence. they missed a huge dirty wall in the kitchen. " oh sorry" and cleaned it. I went downstairs and in the bathroom toothpaste was still on the mirror and the wall, "may I have your towel please " and I cleaned it in front of them. they then left but had dust bunnies, fridge and freezer not cleaned, side and top of the fridge not clean, front door not cleaned, outlet with light switch not cleaned and one blind damage and one door damage with no attention from management nor discount. bottom line, my friend is so upset that she cancelled her services and told all of her friends who took her great recommendations. it is sad because the move out they could have offered to come back and we would have accepted it but it's been a week with a big silence treatment .... sooo

The two-man crew - Alex and Julio - arrived on time on the scheduled day and cleaned every inch, interior and exterior, by hand with a squiggy and often a razor blade. They worked quietly and efficiently. The real satisfaction came with the morning sunrise. Instead of cloudy, diffused light, the sun streamed in unobstructed by the glass. Just spectacular.
