The most unprofessional agency I ever worked with period !!!! I started a temporary position and after going in on my second day was sent home as I was told the position I accepted hadn't been approved yet! Are you serious?? No follow up to let me know the status I guess I was just invisible to them, I have worked in Healthcare Management for years and never would I allow this to happen to my new hired staff!! Left me with no job and no salary! Both the Recruiting Manager and Practice Manager at the facility should be let go! I will never use or refer this agency to anyone else! read more

If I could do 0 stars I would ! By far the most unprofessional company I have ever come across! They pay late and do not communicate ! They sent me to an office where the "trainer" called me vulgar names as a term of endearment ! And when I spoke to Jennifer the director she yelled at me and blocked me ! DO NOT WORK for these unprofessional people ! I will be reporting them to the BBB! read more

I will say when someone from Complete Staffing Solutions in Bedford NH first reached out to me, it was a great experience and I was very happy with the job that they contacted me for. I was told when my contract ended that they would have something lined up for me. About 2 weeks before my contract ended I reached out to complete staffing And I heard nothing back so when it came around to a week before my contract ended I reached out and they said they would start looking for me ASAP. About a day before my contract ended I contacted them again and I finally heard back at the end of the day and they offered me a job that was over an hour away and about $3 to $5 less than what I was making. After the current company sent them a letter recommendation for me I did not expect to get a job less than what I was making. I am not saying this is a bad company I'm sure they are great for some people. I guess they didn't feel i was worth the effort. I just feel with me it was a much different experience. read more

I had been applying to jobs in droves when out of nowhere I got a call from Gina from Complete Staffing. She liked my resume and offered to help find me a job. In less than 24 hours, she found several that fit what I was looking for (including what kind if job and my pay restrictions). She set me up with an interview and eve spoke highly of me to get me in the door. From there sue continued to stay in touch with me, offer resources if I needed questions asked, and was very supportive. When I eventually left after being hired permanently somewhere else, sue congatulated me, wished me well, and continued to offer support. Complete staffing took the stress if job hunting off my chest and gave me hope despite my restrictions. I would absolutely return to them and recommend them to anyone! read more

Absolute clowns. Dealt with several different people from the same office and was asked the same questions every time, clearly they don't keep any files. Half the jobs they present aren't close to what I was looking for, once again questioning if they even listen. Any interview they've arranged I never received feedback on or even a follow up saying I didn't get a position. I will never work with these boobs again. read more

I was contacted by Ashleigh from the Burlington office numerous times online when she said she saw my resume. I told her my experience and what I was looking for and she said they had plenty of positions to look at. I scheduled to meet with her and the first thing they told me to do was fill out a bunch of paper work... asking for lots of personal information including my ssn, like another reviewer mentioned. After meeting with her she never contacted me to send me info about any of the positions and has not answered my emails in weeks. I spent time, sat in traffic, and gave them a lot of info. This agency is unprofessional and I would not recommend. read more

Absolute garbage. Don't waste your time here. If you want to hear a long-winded story with my dealing with this place read ahead. . I was contacted by a recruiter for a Marketing/Sales role at a tech company back in November. In the beginning, I was hesitant to pursue the position because I had read pretty negative reviews of the tech company on Glassdoor. But the recruiter tried really hard to sell the company to me, said that I was "perfect" for the role, and that the job offered 55k/ year. Not bad of a salary, so I decided to give it a try. Five minutes after the call, she emailed me and said that the job actually offered 50k. Kind of strange that she changed it so quickly, but no biggie, I guess. So I continued on with the interview process. I then met my recruiter at one of the CSS offices in Boston. She was friendly, quite enthusiastic, helpful, and tried to prep me for the phone interview I would be having with the HR of the company she set me up with. The phone interview went well, according to HR and my recruiter, and I was invited to interview with two members of the marketing team of the company at another CSS branch. Recruiter contacted me after the interview with the marketing team and said "You killed it! They want you to meet the rest of the marketing team! And the VP of marketing." So far, I've had a phone interview with HR, an in person interview with the recruiter, an in-person interview with the marketing team, so I was hoping this would be the last step. I then met with 3 more members of the marketing team and a member from HR. At the end of the interview with the VP, she told me right there and then, "I'm voting for you. I think you will do great on the team." And it sounded like I had a good chance of getting the job. Recruiter followed up with me afterward and said that she received positive remarks from the people I interviewed with, but hasn't heard back regarding next steps. Two days later, she called again and said there were still no updates. And then she started talking about salary expectations, and asked "What if the company offered you 45k a year? Would you take it?" I told her she had originally mentioned the salary was 50k and that I would want to see the whole benefits package to be able to decide. Then she asked "Ok, if it were 50k, would you take it?" Again, I told her I would want to consider the whole package before making a decision. She said, "ok," and I never heard from her again. Such a waste of time. read more

Got offered a position June 9, 2015, got called for an interview saying I was the perfect candidate for a Marketing Administrative position. Said in one to two weeks that I would get a reply, been over a month and nothing. A week after the interview, I got called for a different position. The interviewer didn't know that I had came in before. As soon as I said that I have already been here before, I was briefly talked to about the position and then the interview was over. Place only wants your personal information. I assume they sell this information to others. They ask all sorts of personal information, such as your SSN. Stay away from this agency. Waste of gas, money, and time. Also, the girls Casey and Alex from Complete Staffing Solutions are idiots. read more

This deserves negative stars!!! DO NOT work with LYNDSEY!!! She is awful. I was contacted by her via email and she had a supposed position for me. She assured me that I would be a great fit and she sent in my resume to the potential company. I met with her in their office on Franklin St in Downtown Boston and the meeting seemed to go really well! She was super nice and really seemed like she cared about my current job situation, or lack thereof. She told me that they had all sorts of positions that filled my requirements and I would be called the next day for an interview at the company she contacted me about. Now over a week later, I still hear nothing back. I sent her a follow up email and she didn't respond, and when I called her she told me that the position was filled with someone who had more experience and they currently have no positions available. WTF??? Such a waste of time and utterly disrespectful. I do not recommend this place at all! They post fake jobs and their staff clearly doesn't give a hoot about their clients. Complete fail. read more

I was contacted by Anthony at complete staffing in the middle of Dec of 2013 He told me of a position in Worcester that he thought I would be a good fit. That was 3 months ago. I am still in this position as a Supervisor and the people here are great. He could not have found me a better company to be a part of. I think my only gripe is that he wasn't the best at getting back via phone but anyone there who answered the phone answered my questions brilliantly anyway. I think the people on here who left negative reviews may have thier own issues in getting employment. My recuiter said plain and simple "..if you don't hear from me, give me a call to check in and see what I may have..." You are not the only people out there looking for work. Can't expect to get matched with a staffing agency and just sit back and watch tv and let them do ALL the work. Get a clue ladies...its NOT all about you!! Thanks Complete Staffing!! Keep up the good work!! TvL read more

I worked with a few people from Complete Staffing Solutions. All of them were very friendly and helpful. They were fast at setting me up for phone screens and onsite interviews for positions I was actually interested in. Additionally, they provided helpful pointers and fun facts before interviews that helped me land a job and company I'm still with today! Interviewed here a few times at the same office. Recruiters don't seem to communicate. I had gotten at least 5-6 calls from the same office to meet with difference recruiters and it was always the same thing. Go there, fill out the intake form, meet with the recruiter, never hear back, get another call from the office for a difference recruiter, go back and fill the intake form, never hear back. Rinse and repeat. It wasn't until I met with someone named Molly where I got fed up and told them to take a hike. I sat with her, and for some reason two recruiters were sitting in the room. One never spoke at all, soooo why are you here. Molly asked me a ton of questions which were already answered on my resume. Never had an interviewer ask me for an answer that they had right in front of them. It got it the point where I said, "Okay, so that's actually on my resume. If you take a look at XYZ section you'll see it there." She literally opened here eyes wide, shook her head in confusion and just said "oh...oh there it is!" Smiles and laughs. I did not smile or laugh. I just sat there and asked the interview to end there, and I left. I'll be fair and at least share that this was many, many years ago, but I still had the experience with this group that I had. Folks, go with a real staffing company, not these thieves of time. Good luck. read more

Working with Jen M. at Complete Staffing (out of the Lincoln, RI office) has been a wonderful experience. Jen contacted me out of the blue for a role that matched my experience and professional skillset perfectly. In exactly one week I had interviewed and accepted an offer with my new company. I even asked for $5k above the initial salary range and received it (I wasn't looking to take a pay cut). The team at Complete Staffing was quick, responsive and extremely personable. Thank you! FYI, this was for a permanent role, not contract. read more

The fake filtered reviews on here are hilarious. Don't waste your time folks. I went in here when I was desperate once, got a call from Sarah Rogan about an opportunity at TJX (keep in mind TJX is their FAMOUS company to phish) when she received my resume through a fake ad. Went in... weeks later, nothing. Thankfully I found something else on my own. Fast forward some months. Quit that job so I was looking for a new opportunity. This time, I was contacted by Catherine Barstis about an opportunity at a medical clinic. Gave her the benefit of doubt, went in and same exaact thing. Heard nothing from her and when I emailed/called for an update her excuse was "Nothing as of yet. I will keep in touch as soon as I hear back." How about "Yeah, that ad was totally fake... sorry I wasted your time, and I know how stressful it can be for a job seeker like yourself amongst thousand others"?! Give me a break. Thing with Catherine is she will call you once in a while and "check-in" and continue to tell you about these different "new" opportunities. Recently, she called me about a position at TJX, too! Guess she wasn't aware that i met with Sarah months before? Haha coincidence much?! Anyways, I emailed her to stop wasting my time. And guess what! I landed a great full-time position recently, all by myself! Without the help of Complete Staffing.. should be name-changed to Complete Bullshit Solutions in my opinion. read more

I went through so many staffing agencies in Boston, but this one was the worst experience. They called me one day for an interview in Burlington, MA for an internal position. First of all lady who suppose to interview me was late for almost 40 minutes, and I had to wait all that time.I was interviewed by Kay, she promised me that she will send my resume to her boss for further consideration and then I never heard back from her, which is fine, most of recruiters does that. In a month or so, I got another call from her, she offered me to see if I can be a good fit for a new opening they had.We talked, even discussed my availability for an interview, she told me that she will email me job description and we can go from there. Well, she never sent me anything she even did not find a time to email back to me, because I emailed her if she forgot to email me job description we were talking about. She is actually a manager of Burlington, MA office. I just don't understand that behavior. If you decided not to consider me for this position anymore, just email back to me. Very strange place and very strange manager Kay! read more

Sarah Rogan was the person who contacted me when I sent in my resume on an ad on Craigslist. She made it sound like if the job that I initially went in for did not work out, that she had "20" more jobs that would fit my qualifications and she would definitely contact me. 2 weeks later...no word on any job...not even the one I interviewed for. She is awful and I heard a lot of them are like that, they don't really care if you get a job or not. They just need their quota for how many people they interview a month. I got a job with ADECCO....I would highly recommend this company! got a job within 2 days of my first interview. read more

I have had great experiences with Complete Staffing, i have worked with several employees at Complete over the years we have worked together... my last rep was Brooke. she is GREAT! Always calls/emails me back within hours. I ask tons of questions and she always has an answer for me. Complete staffing has placed me in a couple of temp jobs that I have enjoyed, they have also placed me in a temp to hire. They always find time to meet with me within a day or two. Always return my calls within a reasonable time, they listen to my requests and have always found a job for me. They give me couple options for job postings. When I come in to meet with them, and go over my resume, they listen to me (what my wants are/ things I don't want, ect).... They have always been able to place me within a month or so. Which is great for me. They call to check to see if a job is interesting to me, or not. I always feel included in this process, which is a def plus for me. Yes, they were effective in all of these steps: helping me find a job in a reasonable time frame, preparing me for interviews, working with me on updating my resume- all positive feedback :) read more

If you're looking for a recruiter don't go through this company in Marlborough MA. I was contacted because I applied for a job so I decided to call them back and they were going to set me up with an interview and said would call me back in couple days after I went and met with them and filled out all this paperwork that took me 30 minutes to fill out, I never heard back so emailed my contact 15 days later and still no reply so I sent another email 6 days after that and the next day she replied back saying her email must not have gone through that the job was taking, never even called me. 3 more months went by and I emailed her to see if anything has become available because I haven't heard a word from her and another month has gone by and still no reply. What kind of recruiting company doesn't call or email you back?? There's a reason why I was hesitant about working with a recruiter and this is the reason, they've never helped me in the past or present. read more

Somehow, whether they know it or not, they got me a great job. Do I recommend this staffing company? Not really, but they're actually kind of okay in my book. I walked into this staffing company after getting a phone call after posting my resume on Monster.com. I was intrigued by the company they were hiring for, so I went into their initial interview despite seeing very poor reviews here. I have to admit, I was on guard. I got in, and I had a very pleasant interview with one of their associates in a building that looked like a set from a hidden camera show or a cheap movie set. The whole thing felt like a scam, and I still feel happy that I did not giving them my government documents that day for their records. Later that day, I got an email saying that I was being forwarded to the company that they were hiring for, and then I got my interview date within a day or two. I got hired by my company a (For a much higher position than I was told existed) as a temp-to-hire. The minute I started work there, I didn't feel like, nor was I treated as, an employee of CSS. I was hired on full very ahead of the normal 3-5 month time-table due to the work I was putting in. (The moral to the people who aren't hired on full here...don't act like a temp when you get a job...That's not CSS' fault!) At the end of the day, they were placing me for a job well below my qualifications, treated me poorly as it always sounded like I was being hurried off the phone, and they kept me on their contact list despite constant attempts to inform them that I was hired by my company. Worst of all, they did not bother to respond to my gracious thank you letter I sent to them. Again though, they got me the job I was seeking. read more

This place is a joke. I applied for a clerical position through this firm and I received a call back the next day. Everything was going smoothly and I went in for an interview at their office in Marlborough. They then said they would call me back to set up an interview at the place I applied for. I did receive a call back that next day, which they rushed (forced) me into setting up an interview for that same day with barely anytime to spare. I was told I had to wear a business suit and I was lead to believe that this was a highly professional call center. I had to run out and buy a suit jacket (I am 21 and wasted $70 on something I will never wear/can't return). When I arrived at the interview, it was a hole in the wall room that wreaked of cigarette smoke and every one was dressed in yoga pants/ugg boots/sweat shirts. The interviewer proceeded to tell me how she thought it was funny that people show up so dressed up. The interview did not get any better from there, the woman could not even remember what questions to ask me. It was a complete joke and waste of time (7 minutes roughly). After that; I proceeded to email the agent who sent me there, telling her I was not sure what to think and explained what happened. I never heard back from anyone after that, my calls/emails went completely unanswered and they have made it clear they are ignoring me. I now am avoiding all job listings that have to go through this joke of a company. Everything was completely unprofessional and I feel like it was just a scam to get my personal information (they asked for my ssn 5 different times). read more

Complete Staffing sucks!!!! These people are totally misleading and a bunch of phonies. They will tell you a job is temp-to-hire but you will be a temp forever, I was told I would be hired in three months it has been four and no mentioning of being hired. Work with about 10 temps that have been at company for 11 months and still not hired. Then when you contact your dear friend from the agency who acts like they worked miracles to get you in the company and told you to contact if you were not happy with the company is no where to be found and "looking into the situation" of not being hired. I have to echo the other reviews here. Went in for an interview and was told I would have an interview set up by the end of that day. Is this place kidding? I didn't fully understand staffing agencies until I got to the Boston area and attempted to work with this one. I was interviewed by a very nice lady who took into consideration what I said I was interested in doing. She asked all the right questions and sent me on my way. I heard from her the very next day and she gave me hope as she told me there was a great Human Resources permanent job avaliable for me in about a month. As naive as I was i believed her, and I was really excited! She then explained to me that while I wait for this HR job to begin I should accept her position as a temp that would last about two weeks. Alright, I can work with this, I need the money. The two week temp job was alright in the beginning, but doing this longer than a two week span would be deadly. I was plopped into an office and told to enter a bunch of data into an excel spreadsheet (if I wanted an internship, I'd go back to college). But I was hopeful that this HR job would pull through and I could be well on my way to my dream career! Again, I was naive and new to the city. I ended up giving her a call the day the job ended, and she seemed very confused as to who I was and why I was calling her. I asked her about the HR job and she told me it was already filled by someone else. Wait what? I thought it wasnt going to start for another month? Okay. Whatever. She then called me the next day and told me she had a long term temp job as a file clerk. I could stay as long as I want and create my own hours. They would also be paying me 15$ an hour. Alright! I guess I will do this while I search (on my own) for a permanent job. She called me back about an hour later and told me I wasnt qualified for this position (really? I have a college degree...last time I checked file clerks require a HS degree)..but alright, what can you do. So because I wasn't qualified for this "long term temp position" I qualified for another one they were offering that was only a week long. Really? Give me a break. I turned the offer down and didn't hear from her for about a month. Just the other day she contacted me and very rudely asked if I was "even still searching" for a job. No thanks, not from you. Go to another staffing agency, where they wont trick you into employment for their own benefit. These guys are a bunch of jerks. read more

This agency left me a voicemail stating they viewed my resume online and wanted to meet. So after communicating with Catherine in emails , we made an appointment to meet. Catherines emails were unprofessional with "Hey" and such words and never signing her name but I thought it may just be her style and as long as she followed through then everything would be great surely because she kept stating how many multiple jobs were open. Upon meeting -it seemed Catherine was in such a hurry and the meeting was extremely quick but still I got all my points across about my skills and my needs and Catherine seemed to explain everything. Matter of fact stating with my background that an interview would probably happen following week and that she would call me next day. No call or email. So I emailed her and got a unprofessional email reply 'Hey -so just found out jobs only temp" "Ill check into it to confirm" No signature from her and I felt like I was emailing with my daughter or something. Haven't heard since - Unless you're desperate-stay away from this company -there are other agencies much more professional and forthcoming out there . read more

Horrible experience like everyone else. Went there, did the interview. They talk a good game, tell you about these positions that they have, and that they are going to submit your resume to their clients. Well, two days later they tell me one position was filled, the other is on hold and the third the client decided not to fill. Really? I mean at least warn me so I can put some boots on before you shovel that much BS my way. So then I got to thinking, why did they waste my time? I know I gained nothing, but what did they gain? I have figured it out. At the very beginning they give you some forms to fill out, in those forms they ask for several professional references, including phone numbers and email addresses. Everything after that is just a horse and pony show. Now, they have the names of hiring managers at 3-4 companies I used to work for, and now they can cold call those references to solicit their services, perhaps warm the call by stating they are working with me and blah blah blah. What's makes this even more aggravating is that its now two months after meeting with them and they are still advertising the SAME jobs that they told me were filled, on hold, and cancelled. so, to summarize, don't waste your time, these leeches don't have any actual jobs to fill. read more

Very rude people who string you along for their own benefit. They expect you not to go on any other interviews or find other jobs. My staffing agent was ERIN in Marlborough and she was angry that I got a job offer from another company. Completely unprofessional and selfish on their part. The only thing complete about this staffing agency is "the complete waste of time" my experience was. They place bogus job posts on other websites to bait you in. I am in awe of how they are able to make a dollar never mind afford the rent at the swanky office building where they are located. They do not have clients who use them for their staffing needs and I will eat my shoe if someone can prove otherwise. The Recruiters troll the job boards and try to present that the potential employer is their client. I am serious folks, if you can search the internet for job openings you don't need these clowns for anything. Whenever you work with a staffing agency you need to be proactive in the relationship e.g. check in with your recruiter, provide feedback on interviews that you may be sent on, review any changes that they may make to your resume, etc. This agency does nothing above board. The Recruiter Kristina that I was duped into working with was a complete fraud. She would call at the last minute bombing my phone and email with a "great opportunity" that she just received but the catch was always that it had to be that day with maybe a two hour notice and it was always outside of the commuting distance that we discussed. I am a professional. I need time to prepare and research a company so I don't go in and make an ass out of myself. On several occasions she would call me and say the pay rate was X amount and then call me after I had agreed for her to send over my resume that she made a mistake and now the pay rate was Z which was considerably lower. The second time she pulled the old bait and switch on me I called foul and told her I was no longer interested in the position or her agency. She would also never answer my calls unless she needed something. I mention this because it seems to be a common theme with this sham of an agency.I could go on endlessly about the horrendous experience I had. It infuriates me that this agency preys on the desperation of people who are unemployed and treats the people that supposedly butter their bread so badly. I found a job on my own with a solid company and great benefits without this or any other agency. I wish there was a minus a trillion stars because that would be my rating. read more

I've been contacted for 4 jobs at CSS over the past several months. I've never even been close to getting one of those jobs. It's literally as if the companies CSS sends you to interview with have zero intention of hiring you: they show zero sense of urgency and never even give you a building tour like normal companies do. "Good luck getting a job through CSS!" said a former CSS recruiter to me recently. One who had contacted me months ago for a job I didn't get because of the long commute. Anyways she was no longer with CSS only a few weeks later. When we recently talked she had so many horror stories to tell about CSS and it's head staff. A week or so after I learned she was gone, I am called into interview with CSS to fill a recruiter position, hers I only assume. It was a long, disjointed, disorganized, an odd, weird process.. the 'Director of Business Development' didn't have a clue what she was doing. She kept asking me about my previous jobs to gage what they do and if they're hiring. She was literally scouting my resume so she could go right back and call my companies to partner with them. They told me they do two things all day: 1) find employers online all morning/make calls to them and 2) conduct interviews. So she has me speak with this other 'Director of Business Development' who came in and proceeds to treat me nor my resume with any respect. They never even call me to tell me if I am hired or not. So I hear nothing for about a month, maybe two months, until this rep calls me. She has a job opportunity for me.. 'a temp job'.. that requires multiple interviews.. let me emphasize 'multiple'. Let's say after a few strong interviews it all crashed upon meeting Mr. Skeptical Decision Maker at this "30-50 employee" company that was honestly housing only "5-10 employees". So that ends, no job. I'm contacted by my rep again with a new opportunity.. a temp job again. This opportunity sounds far superior to the last one, so I'm all for it. The next day, the phone rings: now I have to speak to this other CSS rep who "wants to screen my personality". So after taking 6 days and 6 calls to finally get on the phone with her again.. she has zero clue who I am. She doesn't ever conduct this 'personality screen'. The next day she calls back, wanting to now interview me at CSS. So I agree. She calls back again a few days before that interview, now she has to push our interview to next week. Then she calls before that, and pushes it out a few more days. This time she wants to set me up with a time to interview with the company. So the interview is two days away, of course that call comes and here it is.. the company can no longer meet that day! I have to pick another day and time. This is where I had enough. This has been going on for 3-4 weeks. This is where I called and said I was not interested, and was immediately met with instant hostility and defensiveness. She was talking over me 100mph, not hearing me out nor letting me get a word in. After I literally yelled over her because I had no other way to speak, she told me off, said "Good luck finding a job" and hung up. That cut and dry. Of course, it's so easy to see how 'I am to blame' for all of this. Amazing how quickly she got defensive the very second I expressed my doubt in the job process. Then I called back to complain to another rep and was told, I was the one out of line. That because I was unemployed they thought I would have patience in the job process. Sorry, wrong, that CSS rep I know.. told me they chalk numbers on the boards to keep management happy. We're just there statistics. That explains why interviews and re-scheduling happens so much. I even said it.. if you're hiring for a company, why is this taking 3-4 weeks? No company who's hiring hires with such a lack of purpose. CSS just lets time float by week by week with zero sense of urgency. No company I've ever interviewed with before is so aloof like that. read more

Extremely unprofessional- the owners verbally abuse their staff. I went in for an interview with a recruiter who had contacted me. As I sat in the lobby, I heard very loud yelling coming from a nearby conference room. In fact, it was so loud that I could hear every word being said. A supervisor was berating a subordinate for not keeping up with his workload, not making enough phone calls to recruit workers for the 60 open positions they were trying to fill. The tone of this supervisors voice was already so far beyond unprofessional, but he was cursing out this employee as well. Every other word was the f-bomb. He kept calling the employee an f***ing idiot, an f***ing slacker, and an f***ing r*tard. After that last comment, the supervisor affected a manner that was definitely mocking people with developmental disabilities. I was further horrified to learn that the man yelling was in fact, one of the owners, Paul Olson. I informed the recruiter who had contacted me that I would not be taking any position with CSS since I would never allow someone to speak to me in that manner. I asked for the contact information for another owner or a CEO and was eventually given the number of the second owner, Anthony Martin. I called Mr. Martin and explained to him what I had heard from his fellow owner. I was upset and my voice was raised, however Mr. Martin was less than professional as well. He continuously dismissed my concerns, citing "well, I don't know the whole story," and "that was certainly something you shouldn't have heard." I cut Mr. Martin off and told him that the issue wasn't that I had heard it, the issue was the way that Mr. Olson treats his employees- that the yelling and cursing never should have occurred in the first place. Mr. Martin again tried to dismiss my concerns with platitudes. I cut him off again, angry now, and informed him that clearly, this is a company-wide problem, since he obviously doesn't really have an issue with how his employees are treated. At this point, Mr. Martin became hostile and called me ignorant. I borrowed some language from his fellow owner, told him to f***off and hung up. Clearly this company thinks that abusing its staff is acceptable. Do not ever accept an interview or an offer from this company. Anyone who is currently working there should find other employment immediately. read more

I had an excellent experience with CSS! I dealt with Kristina in the Marlborough office, and she was nothing less and amazing! Any time I called, she was ready to answer my questions, and when it came time for me to interview with a company, she was on top of making sure I had all of the information I needed to have a successful interview. After only a few weeks, I landed a fantastic job as a project manager with a very reputable company. When she called and told me, she was just as excited as I was, and her caring really showed. I know looking for a job is really difficult, and when you don't get called back for a position it's disheartening. However, the jobs that they are trying to fill are often being offered by other agencies, as well. It depends on the company. You're typically not the only applicant the end company has. Just know CSS can only do so much. It's up to you to get the experience, and show that you're always working on yourself. Take a class, and tack it onto your resume-- it helps! Once you land an interview, it's up to YOU to sell yourself, and make that company believe you're the best candidate for the position. Do your homework! Visit the company's website, check-out their LinkedIn page and learn something about the company and the person you're interviewing with. When you get to the interview mention something you saw on the site to let them know you cared enough to look into the company, and them personally. "I saw on LinkedIn that you've been with the company for 10 years-- what about the company makes you want to stay?" Little things like that go a LONG way! I definitely say give CSS a chance to help you out, and make sure you're doing all you can to learn about the company, the position, and the culture that you can. The ball is always in your court, so never stop working on your swing. Best of Luck!! read more

Working with CSS for me was easy, painless, and quick. I was just a few months post graduating with my Bachelors in business & marketing and was incredibly stressed about finding a job but luckily CSS found me! I had the pleasure of interviewing/working with Brooke and Sarina. *Going into my first interview I was a little nervous but Brooke made me comfortable right off the bat and really took the time to listen and learn about me and what I wanted in a job. If they don't have the exact job you're looking for then communicate with them what you want and they will find it for you. Nothing happens overnight so be patient - the process is still quick and easy. They had reached out to me after finding my resume on indeed. They brought me in with multiple jobs and options for me. It was a HUGE time saver as I essentially interviewed for 3 jobs at once. I was also (after interviewing for the other positions) even given the option to further interview with CSS to become part of their team; I even met with one of the owners or president. As a recent grad I was not sure what exactly I wanted to do and I had a lot of questions. They addressed everything and made sure that I had all the information I needed to feel comfortable with the decision I made. After accepting the position in marketing I just had to fill out a quick worksheet once a week, have my boss sign it, and send a pic via email. Easy and was always paid on time. I no longer work for the company I chose, however, thanks to CSS I was placed in a great company, learned a lot, got the experience I needed, and I now work for an amazing company that I am very happy at! Thanks Brooke! :) read more

They have been the best staffing agency I have worked with so far in Massachusetts.I had initially gone in for my interview in the Marlborough office, it was a fast and courteous process. They were extremely prompt with answering emails, and returning phone calls. This was the first staffing agency that really seemed to care about my job search needs and what I had been looking to achieve. I couldn't be happier with my current job placement, they found a company that was convenient for my commute and suitable to my needs as an individual. They even took the time to help me reformat my resume to increase my chances of getting an interview. However, they were not there to guarantee anything, it is still up to the person to interview well, but they do assist you with tips and preparations on landing the job. It is true that nothing is ever going to be just handed to anyone so people should never have this expectation when working with any company. They are there to assist with finding opportunities that normally people would not of found on their own. A good attitude and professionalism is always required. My first job placement assignment ended and I was able to find another position within the same company due to Gina diligently searching and using her contacts. I plan on going permanent with this company and I am very happy with this company otherwise, I never would of found this particular position. I would work with them over and over again! read more

My boyfriend got a call from Gina through Complete Staffing regarding a full time Data Entry position. He went in to meet with her and 2 days later he went in to the actual company to interview. She stayed in touch with him the whole time, he was never out of the loop. A week late he started full time at the position and ended up being hired on permanently. In the interim, I was also looking for a job. My boyfriend told Gina I was looking and she told him to pass along my resume and she could see what she could do. She called me the next day and had me also come in. She said that she currently had nothing available but that could quickly change and to check in with her every few days. She actually called me the next day for a temp to hire receptionist role. I interviewed and did not get the job. She still continued to work with me and 3 days later set me up with another company for a different receptionist job. I ended up getting that position and I am still on a temporary to hire assignment. I was informed by the company that I will be brought on permanently beginning of the New Year. Overall, I had a great experience. If your a good worker with a good resume they will help you find a job. Gina stressed that staying in touch was most important and that is what my boyfriend and I did. We are both currently working and have referred our unemployed friends who have found jobs through this agency as well. read more

I am actually shocked at the amount of bad reviews this place has. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones. The company I worked for was bought out and the new company let us know that none of us were keeping our current positions. One of my coworkers actually works on the side as a recruiter, and I believe she's the one who submitted my information to Complete Staffing Solutions. The day we were told we were losing our jobs, I received a phone call from Gina Rissotti (not sure which office she is out of). I needed a temp position, since in 3 months I would be going to London as part of a study abroad program. I sent her my resume, and my 3 references. 20 minutes later she called me back, and told me she had found the perfect position based on my resume and qualifications. She got me an interview for the very next day, and I started the Monday right after. I recommended this company to a friend who just lost his job as well. I hope everything works as smoothly for him as it did for me. I will also be contacting Gina when I get back from my study abroad program, in an effort to look for a full-time job. This company was a godsend because I have a mortgage to pay, two kids to feed, and needed to wipe out my debt before leaving for my study abroad program. She did this all for me before things got to the "unbearable." Highly recommend! read more

First and foremost: Jessica LaSalvia is a Godsend. I had been job hunting for five months with various other temp agencies and I went through absolute hell. Other Staffing Agencies would call me at 7:00AM, bully me if I was not interested in a position they offered, or just flat out ignore me. Jessica found my resume, she called me, and any time I needed her I was either on the phone with her right away or in the next 15 minutes max. She was extremely kind, extremely encouraging, and confident and calm about the fact that she would easily find me employment. And that is exactly what she did. Not only was she able to find me a job, but she also found me a position in a completely different occupational field that I was previously in and was struggling to get out of. Numerous Staffing Agencies told me there was such a slim chance I'd be able to get out of retail and into an office setting, but Jessica did just that. Jessica found me my very first stable, corporate position, and I have recently been taken on permanently by the company. Dozens of other staffing agencies said I just didn't have the credentials and I shouldn't expect a great salary, but they were wrong. I plan to keep Jessica LaSalvia's business card in my pocket for years to come, she absolutely excels at her position. read more

I had recently been looking for employment and was contacted by Jennifer S. She had sent me an email regarding a possible job opportunity. I was ecstatic that the job was the financial office job I had been searching for on my own. Then she set up an interview with me. We discussed what jobs and pay I wanted, it was very quick and easy. After the interview she had 3 interviews lined up for me with EXACTLY the job and pay I wanted!! All the companies were great! Then a week later I started my new job that I am currently still employed at. I cannot thank Jennifer S. enough for all her help. She set up the interview, and gave me interview tips, and also sent me the companies information to review before the interview. I couldn't have been more prepped for an interview. Even after I received the job she still stayed in touch with me. She made sure I was still happy with the job and if I had any questions or concerns. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having Jennifer S as your recruiter. I never write reviews but I felt like I needed to share how thankful I am for her all her help!! *Also I am very shocked by the poor reviews for Complete Staffing Solutions. It must just be the job recruiter that they had because my experience with Jennifer S. was great. read more

Working with Ashley P. at Complete Staffing (out of the Burlington, MA office) recently was completely amazing. Ashley contacted me due to finding my resume on indeed and scheduled me a interview with her that same week when we met I explained how I really would rather be placed into a hospital setting due to I am a medical assistant and plan to pursue further into my nursing career. Within 2-3 days she made that happen and I got a phone screening at an amazing hospital, the phone screening went so well I started my orientation that Monday coming. It started out as a contracted temp role which I gladly took and 2 months into my contract they offered me a full time permanent position at their offsite. I only worked with Complete Staffing for 3 months and I just recently stopped being their client due to accepting the permanent position that was offered but I have and will continue to keep and touch and refer people to that office they helped me achieve my dreams within days!! I worked with many agencies before and this is the ONLY one that actually got me where I needed to be without any delays or games. I highly recommend this agency to others. read more

Brooke from Complete Staffing found my resume on Monster and called me about a position I might be interested in. She explained the position to me and told me the company wished to remain unknown until I had interviewed with her and she was confidant that I was an eligible candidate. It sounded like an interesting position so I went in for an interview at Complete and then I was set up for an interview with the company looking to hire. The whole process went smoothly and I now have a job that I am happy to go to everyday. I am a recent grad who was struggling to get some experience and Complete Staffing helped me get it. My only complaint is that I was originally told it was a biomed company, which its not. But the job description was accurate and once I was told the name of the company I was able to research them and find out what they did. (and its understandable how that mistake could have been made as they do have products related to the medical industry) All in all: Brooke was very professional, friendly, and helpful. It was a fast and easy process that resulted in a career that is providing me with valuable experience and connections. read more

I was recently on maternity leave with my old job when I decided I was ready to go back to work, except to a new place that has better opportunities. Looking through different job finding sites I applied to MULTIPLE places. One happened to be on zip recruiter. Brooke from complete staffing called me the next 10 minutes regarding the application. I was absolutely shocked at how fast she responded. She was asking me my availability to go in for an interview because she thought she had a great position for me as she already looked at my resume through zip recruiter. I went in for an interview within the next couple of days. That same day she told me she had a great position for me and got right into sending my resume over. A couple days later I had an interview at the job I have now. I got the position and I love it there! I am very glad that Brooke got back to me so quickly after doing the application. She always sent me updates regarding interview times/background screenings etc through email. Even called and left a message if I didn't answer. Best temp agency I have worked with so far. Definitely recommended to others!! read more

I've had multiple employment options come from Complete Staffing. I accepted two, the first of which was not a good match wholly because I didn't fit being a medical assistant. I let them know I wasn't going that way, and I told them I wanted to change focus and I let them know the pay range I was looking for. Wonderful, they immediately changed strategies. When they found my place, I only had to meet with Brooke once more and take their Excel proficiency test, since I already took the typing test. That perfect score cemented immediate hire for 600 probationary hours, after which I could (and was) hired in full. That is what my company does, and it's not necessarily indicative of all. Every other staffing agency that contacted me, and they were MANY, repeatedly kept propositioning with poor employment fits; it was as if they never updated my profile. I really appreciated that Complete Staffing Solutions was working WITH me, not just trying to insert me somewhere. Friendly and professional, and it felt like they took a personal interest in finding the perfect place for me! read more

I was initially contacted by Brooke from CSS out of Marlborough. I had just graduated and was being bombarded with calls from recruiters that had found my resume on Indeed or Monster. I decided to answer one phone call and it happened to be Brooke! I am very glad that I chose to answer her call. The whole process from my first interview at CSS to starting a position that I was offered was only a couple of weeks. Brooke was very helpful and easy to talk to during my interview at CSS. She provided a lot of helpful information about the company that I was interviewing with prior to the interview so I was able to prepare effectively. I updated her after the interview to tell her that it went very well, I was offered the position the following day, and started the following week. I am currently still working as a temp at the same company. I would definitely go through CSS for any job need, everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially if you are a recent college grad! I have learned a lot from my current position and it has been an amazing experience so far! read more

I've seen a lot of negative reviews here about Complete Staffing - Marlborough but I'm not entirely sure why! When I applied to a job through Indeed, I was contacted immediately by Brooke Garvey about the position available. This was my first time working with a agency and I was kind of nervous about what to expect. She scheduled me the following week to come in for an placement interview where she thoroughly explained the process and got a detailed description of what I was looking for in a position. During the job hunt I received lots of emails and calls about hiring positions with a great description of the role I would be applying for! I really liked that she called to confirm before sending my resumes in. During my time with Complete Staffing I received great advice and guidance. I scored a DREAM job before unfortunately having to leave and move home to the North Shore. She still offered to help me find positions near my new residence and everything! I would definitely contact them again for any job-related needs! Thanks Complete Staffing! read more

Working with Complete Staffing was a great experience. I am currently employed in a full time position due to the contract positions I received through their agency. My initial interview with them was professional and thorough. Within a few days, I was called for a 3 month contract position at a company that I had a strong interest in. When this assignment ended, they had me set up for a second assignment at the same company. They were great at keeping me informed of new job openings that matched my background and skill set and always responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I worked with Brooke Garvey who is excellent. Brooke's commitment to finding me temp positions at the company I had hoped to eventually find a permanent position was the contributing factor to my being offered a full time job. Her help in preparing me for my interviews and on-boarding in my various assignments was top notch. I have worked with other staffing agencies and would say that Complete Staffing is one of the best. read more

I was contacted by a recruiter last year when I graduated college. We set up a meeting to go over my resume and what i was looking for. I have a flexible degree and a background in admin which is usually really helpful for recruiters when they're trying to place you. My recruiter had several options for me and even though they weren't specifically what i was looking for, i applied anyways because many people move up in their companies after one year. I ended up getting a phone screen for a temp-to-hire position. One year later, i'm still at the same company and will be moving up to a new position that is aligned with my degree and career interests. When working with an agency, remember that its 50% them pitching you to potential employers and 50% who you are as a candidate/how well you interview. CSS played a crucial role as a middleman and it literally took 2 weeks to get a job from when the recruiter contacted me and when i started my first day at the new company. read more

I went through Complete Staffing Solutions to get the job I have now. I applied for a job through them on Indeed and they contacted me shortly after that. The person I was paired up with, Brooke, she was really nice and extremely helpful. We first met to discuss what I would be interested in: i.e full time or part time, day/night/flex hours, desired pay, and what kind of work environment. After that she said she would contact me if she found anything that fit what I was looking for. Sure enough, she called me every few days or so asking if I wanted an interview at X place or Y place. My desire was for a direct hire position but she informed me that temp to hire might also be a good choice. I landed up doing temp to hire at the place I am now. I completed the temp time and sure enough, became hired. I definitely recommend this place to other people looking for a job. It was nice to have someone looking for a job for me when I didn't always have the time to look. read more

I had such an amazing experience with Complete Staffing Solutions! I worked with Emily, she reached out to me after seeing my resume on Monster. She was super friendly and professional. We had an interview, explaining my experience and what type of career I wanted. After that, we had a few job opportunities that were not for me. I didn't want to take something I was not extremely interested in, Emily understood where I was coming from and kept searching. In about a weeks time, there were new job opportunities that Emily thought would strike my interest and she was right! She scheduled the phone interview with the company first, and helped me prepare for it prior to the call. Then once the in person interview was scheduled, she helped me prep for the day and made me feel confident. I got the job, too! Throughout the whole process Emily was helpful, consistent, and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend Complete Staffing Solutions to anyone. read more

I worked with Gina in the Boston office, who was referred to me from a friend that she also helped. She asked me to come in for a brief meeting just to go over what I was looking for. She was very up front with me and she told me what she could help me with and what she could not. She was also realistic with me, she didn't make any promises but she made sure that she was always in communication with me throughout my job search. She even took the time to help me with interview preparation for a job interview that I got on my own. 2 weeks later she got me an interview with a great company 12 minutes down the road .I got the job and I have been here now for a month. Gina checked in with me my first week just to see how it was going which I thought was nice. If you are in need of a job I would recommend going to see her, I know my friend didn't post on here about her experience but I know it was just as seamless as mine. read more

I worked with Gina over at Complete Staffing Solutions. I started with her while she was in Marlborough, she later moved to their Boston location and she notified me that she was going to be moving their and how to be able to reach her. Before sending me out to interviews she helped me with my resumes so I can also send it to companies on my own. Even though she was no longer recruiting in the Metro West area she still stayed in contact with me and was able to find me a position near my home. I was referred to Gina by one of my friends who got a job with her over a year ago. She always followed up with me even when there was nothing available. I made sure to reach out to here once a week in the meantime. I would recommend Complete Staffing if you are looking for a job. They have many openings and will send you out on interviews and even if you do not get the position they still continue to work with you. read more
