He went over each item with me and informed me of the benefits and problems involved, giving me great advice throughout the free estimate/consultation visit. Scheduling the work was handled via text and AJ was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive. When the foreman and crew came out to do the work, they were all just as polite, friendly, and professional. They used a bucket truck to reach the tallest areas on both trees, consulting with us often to ensure they did what we wanted. We requested they lift the canopy higher, but gave them all other discretion in trimming the rest of the trees. They checked with us when done and cleaned up all debris, leaving us very happy customers!
