She was such a professional and so good at what she does. The cost is very reasonable and she doesn't push any products on you, but has lotions available if you need it. I really appreciated that. I had a wedding I was standing up in, in two days, and she worked around my crazy schedule, no problem. With the color of the bridesmaid dresses, I felt I definitely needed more color than I had and was planning on running to the tanning bed a few times, if I was even going to have time, but am so glad I didn't. I've been coming to Kelley for my spray tans for years! I can't believe it's taken so long for me to leave a review because they are 100% awesome every time. If you're a newbie, make sure to get the instructions from her on the do's and don't's. After that she'll walk you through the process, which she makes super simple and comfortable. The color is always right, looks natural, and even when it starts to fade (for me after a solid 7-10 days, or if you're really good you can stretch it to 14 days), it still looks pretty good. I do not leave reviews on Yelp ever...but Kelley did such an amazing job I have to! I went yesterday for my first time ever, and I have to say I was pretty nervous. I've see so many spray tans gone wrong I was worried that might happen to me (spoiler alert: it didn't!). I'm standing up in a wedding this weekend and my bridesmaids dress is very light in color and kind of washed me out, so I needed to add some color quickly so I won't look naked in the photos. I found this place on yelp and it had glowing reviews (I now see why!). I messaged Kelley to set up an appointment. I was amazed at how quickly she responded and sent me loads of information to help me prepare for the spray tan. When I got there, Kelley did an excellent job of answering my questions and making me feel at ease. She was very easy to talk to! The whole process was very quick, but she was very thorough. She gave me very detailed instructions that I followed pretty much to a T (I ended up showering 21 hours later instead of 24, but close enough!). This morning I was a little nervous because although the rest of my body looked naturally tan, my face looked slightly orange. I decided to shower and hope the orange would fade but figured worst case scenario I could put make up on to cover it if it didn't. After I showered I was left with a very natural looking tan, no orange or streaks at all. I am blown away by how awesome it looks and will definitely be a return customer! I was in a wedding and wanted to have a hint of color. When I walked in, I gave her vague details regarding the color, but she hit it dead on. She did an excellent job! I've been to other spray tans before, but I felt comfortable and relaxed at this one. She did the top half for $20 and did my feet for free. Would 100% go back to her again. I am new to Michigan and needed a spray tan for my 40th bday party. Kelly is the woman who sprays you and takes her job seriously. She is very thorough with emailing all the pre tan details. She then sends a reminder text. She also was very helpful since the Ferndale area was busy that night and she texted heads up about traffic. It is a very small room in a building - great set up for what she does. She explains the process and then tells you how to stand throughout the process. I've been coming to Kelley for my spray tans for over a year now, and she's hands down the best! Every time I leave I am 100% satisfied, and she always does a great job. She walks you through the whole process and dos and donts if this is your first spray tan, and recommends lotions to use to help prolong the life of your tan, which usually I get around 10 days, sometimes closer to 13 or 14 days if I'm really good with the post-tan care.
