SO NICE AND HELPFUL!…read more After visiting another tanning saloon close to my house and coming here I am shocked at the difference! The staff at Club Soleil is very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right bed, gave me instructions for how to increase or decrease my time next time I tan, told me about showering and moisturizing after. The beds are great and they even give you a towel, CANDY and googles for your tanning session. Love this place I will be back!

I don't tan regularly (or really at all ) anymore and have learned to embrace the pasty. I went strictly because my boyfriend and I are going to the Bahamas in a couple weeks and I didn't want to spend any of our getaway locked inside the hotel room beet red and convinced I was dying of heat stroke. This may or may not have happened to me before. ;) My boyfriend came along with me and I convinced him to get a base tan too. He has never tanned indoors in his life and his heritage is Norwegian and Irish so he's basically so pale he glows in the dark. When we went the first time we interacted with John (the owner) who was super friendly and explained everything really well. He really encouraged us to not overdo it and explained the "science" behind tanning. My boyfriend is a physician so anytime anyone starts on bogus health claims he knows better. John had him at "melanocyte." ;) The packages are very affordable and they offer a ton of different packages based upon what you need. A good variety of beds and I am seeing results quick. My boyfriend has not burned which is saying a lot and is building a decent base color. The salon itself is nothing fancy though if you ask me it doesn't need to be. That cost is always shifted to the customer. The salon is clean, there are mirrors and candy in every room and free goggles to use. These seem like no brainers but I have been to plenty of tanning places that didn't care about the little things. Great value, great experience.

Felisha immediately reached out to me personally & that alone spoke volumes. Felisha kindly listened to my concerns, apologized for the behavior of the staff & went above and beyond to better my thoughts on the reputation of the business. I recently cancelled my EFT Gold membership due to Management's poor display of customer service. I…read morehad a question regarding the $33 I was charged at the beginning of May; and instead of responding back to any of my phone calls or emails, Management choose to ignore me. Over the course of 2 and half weeks: I left messages in-person at the salon, I left messages over the phone, and I sent emails to info@ziptanz.com and to sales@ziptanz.com. Still--no one ever got back to me. In the past, whenever I wrote to sales@ziptanz.com, someone named Jon would reply that same day. But now, I'm disappointed to see that no one at Zip Tanz respects me enough as a customer, to communicate back. Once I realized they were blowing me off, I decided Zip Tanz wasn't getting another dime of my money. I hope my $33 does wonders for them, because they lost my loyalty based on their attitude alone. The situation was simply that for the month of May, I had a chemical peel, laser hair removal done and whole bunch of other things that kept me extremely busy. I wasn't able to make it in to tan for most of the month, but during the last week of May, I called to ask if perhaps, the payment I made for May could be used as a credit towards a future month. I politely expressed that I wasn't trying to cancel my membership, but rather, apply the funds I was charged for May to an upcoming month so that my money didn't go to waste. I even said that I was ok with still being regularly billed for June, July and August, so maybe the May credit could count for September, (or however way they wanna do it). I understand that I was requesting a courtesy, but I didn't think it was too much to ask since I wasn't trying to finagle anything for free. Besides, I've worked in a tanning salon too. I know how to use Helios and Mind Body, and I know one time exceptions can be made. If Management wasn't able to accommodate me, that's fine. They have the right so say, 'No. Sorry. We can't do that'. At least that would have been more professional than avoiding me all together.

Thank you so much Sara for walking me through what the process was going to be like, and making me feel so comfortable with my visit! After today, I definitely want to start getting spray tans. I just cannot get out the mirror. My feet look so cute my hands, everything. MY WHOLE BODY GOT ME IN AWE. My legs look airbrushed & flawless I honestly feel tapped back into my childhood when I'd be outside in the sun for hours! I've gotten so many compliments from my family memebers. The tan was seamlessly applied and she did such a GREAT JOB! I can't believe it honestly. This is so crazy to me. I FEEL GREAT Sara you did such a wonderful job! I was afraid of being orange and wanted a nice color since I was going on vacation and well, I burn in the tanning beds and the sun. She delivered a beautiful color and I think the stickers are a cute fun touch. I was able to wear my bathing suit, but she had pasties and disposable underwear for less tan lines.
