This salon is convenient to where I live, so I thought I'd check it out first. The previous reviews were helpful, too. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms are very clean, and the lobby and restroom are organized and spotless. I can tell they care a great deal about cleanliness, which is a huge plus in my book. I have form of psoriasis, so I'd rather tan than take medication. Tanning is my personal choice, but always seek professional medical advice from a licensed physician before you tan if you take any medications. Another reason I use indoor tanning is to help with my overall mood making me feel more positive, and I don't have the opportunity to be outdoors in natural sunlight as often as I'd like, so indoor tanning has and will continue to be part of my life. I was looking for a clean, reasonably priced salon, and I found one. I purchased the unlimited monthly package, and you truly receive a generous amount of services for your money. Unlimited tanning in any bed for 30 days and three Versa Spa Pro sunless spray sessions. You can choose from 3 levels of color with the option of clear or tinted solution. You also get the pre-sunless and post-sunless spray treatments included. I know Sun Tan City charges extra for the post-sunless treatment, so that was a plus for me. (The post-sunless treatment makes your spray tan last longer.) I like the option of the Versa sunless spray because it gives an extra boost of color for a special occasion. Again, three are included in the unlimited monthly. Oh, and I almost forgot the best part: you don't have to sign up for a monthly ETF membership. That means you don't have to give them your bank account information to commit to a membership. It's simply pay once for the month and you get unlimited tanning in any bed with all the other bonuses I mentioned above included. Don't forget to use a good indoor tanning lotion, too. Your skin needs to stay hydrated while you are tanning, and there are different lotions available to use for indoor tanning, with or without bronzers. Overall, I highly recommend this salon.

Finally thank you for the complimentary water bottle you give out to each client. It was a nice touch, especially after the massage & tanning session. I recently cancelled my EFT Gold membership due to Management's poor display of customer service. I…read morehad a question regarding the $33 I was charged at the beginning of May; and instead of responding back to any of my phone calls or emails, Management choose to ignore me. Over the course of 2 and half weeks: I left messages in-person at the salon, I left messages over the phone, and I sent emails to info@ziptanz.com and to sales@ziptanz.com. Still--no one ever got back to me. In the past, whenever I wrote to sales@ziptanz.com, someone named Jon would reply that same day. But now, I'm disappointed to see that no one at Zip Tanz respects me enough as a customer, to communicate back. Once I realized they were blowing me off, I decided Zip Tanz wasn't getting another dime of my money. I hope my $33 does wonders for them, because they lost my loyalty based on their attitude alone. The situation was simply that for the month of May, I had a chemical peel, laser hair removal done and whole bunch of other things that kept me extremely busy. I wasn't able to make it in to tan for most of the month, but during the last week of May, I called to ask if perhaps, the payment I made for May could be used as a credit towards a future month. I politely expressed that I wasn't trying to cancel my membership, but rather, apply the funds I was charged for May to an upcoming month so that my money didn't go to waste. I even said that I was ok with still being regularly billed for June, July and August, so maybe the May credit could count for September, (or however way they wanna do it). I understand that I was requesting a courtesy, but I didn't think it was too much to ask since I wasn't trying to finagle anything for free. Besides, I've worked in a tanning salon too. I know how to use Helios and Mind Body, and I know one time exceptions can be made. If Management wasn't able to accommodate me, that's fine. They have the right so say, 'No. Sorry. We can't do that'. At least that would have been more professional than avoiding me all together.
