I figured this was okay, but over the course of a few days my phone got worse and worse where I couldn't even type a message to check on my family across the states. I contacted Jacob by phone, he answered very friendly. He had an issue with the location, but he did let me know he would there later than anticipated. He arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact with me regarding his ETA. Jacob remained a very professional demeanor and kept up pleasant conversation. I've had my screen fixed before, and Jacob pointed out the issues with what the previous location did, including using a non-apple screen and giving me a non-apple press button that deactivated my touch screen. Ugh! One thing I enjoyed was how quickly the replacement was done, and how it was done right in front of you!!!! Definitely call this man if you need your screen replaced. Thank you, Jacob!

My screen on my Iphone 6s responded at first to his new screen but after the 2nd day it went downhill. It eventually got so bad by day 3 it stopped responding to touch all together. The screen he used was junk. My previous cracked screen was better than this. My phone became unusable and I missed an entire day of work trying to get it fixed. Luckily the apple store got me back on track. If I had gone straight to the apple store it would have cost me less time & money than using Jacob.

Alex was quick with his reply and we arranged to meet at my home on the 4th of July, and he arrived exactly on time. At first, it took a few moments to catch on to his accent. This very pleasant handyman is formerly a Russian, and he is perfectly happy to be alive and working in the home of the brave. In he walked, very confident, with a fairly lrge satchel full of assorted tools. I brought him to the site of the offending troublesome valve and he set to work on it at once. In what was probably less than 20 minutes, he had the toilet flushing perfectly, at least 4 times, allowing a fill each time. Congratulations Alex! QUALITY: One cannot argue with success. The job was handled properly, promptly, with hardly a word spoken. At one point, he wanted to draw my attention to a part, and when he wasn't able to say it, he apparently tooked it up and showed me the translated word on his phone. Clever, this fellow, quick and clever. VALUE: Alex had agreed with me in advance regarding the fee. He was happy to take my check and after talking with me in general about some painting (Ceiling) I might wish to complete, for which he gave me a fine estimate, he drove away. A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. He charged a flat fee for the service and was able to replace the rod and flush the tank out. Prior to the service, our hot water smelled like sulfur -- but sulfur tests were negative, and the cold water did not have any odor. We're on a well here... the best guess was that the anode rod was causing the sulfur / rotten egg smell in the hot water tank. After installing a Corro-Protech powered anode rod, the issue is gone. No more stinky hot water.
