They knew what they were doing and finished in no time and even swept up the mess from drilling and whatever else was behind there. To date, I have non-functional speakers in my MBR and LR, and my Sonos wireless system needs to be rebooted every week or two. They also insist that they did not sell me enough Ports to support the speakers that I have installed, and I need to purchase another one. They wanted to charge me higher than manufacturer's suggested retail price for the product after the initial sale. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE. The sound system is amazing with none of the wires being visible, you barely notice the speakers are even there until you turn up the volume.
