First let me say when I scheduled the work, I was informed of their rates so I can't say they were deceptive in that regard. What upset me was it took 5 billing hours to install a 30 amp breaker with an outside shut off for an AC unit I was having installed. The technician was on the phone numerous times during the installation and also charged me the time it took him (approx 1.5 hours) to return to the shop to pick up the shut off (which "they forgot to put on the truck" his words not mine). The technician definitely "milked" the time to complete the job. Don't be fooled by their name "ABC"! I would not recommend ABC Electric!
