The owner, Janelle, is one of the most meticulous stylists my hair has ever seen. She went to college to become an engineer, and put herself through by cutting hair. This was just plain lack of care of a child's safety. If you don't feel you are capable of performing the job safely without cutting my kid, it is your responsibility as the professional to cease operation and communicate that.
