I arrived 30 minutes prior to class to complete paperwork and receive the rundown on all of the equipment. Staff at checkin were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The lobby area along with the bathrooms and shower areas were super clean and tidy. Like many places, lockers are available for your personal belongings as well as hangers and coatracks. The class is HIIT which involves different exercises at various intervals. Half the class started on treadmills, while others began on the row machines or weights. 30+ minutes in we switched. The instructor was very welcoming and did a great job talking us through intervals and movements, along with keeping things high energy but not in an annoying way. My body is not used to HIIT so I had to take a few breathers, but made it through. All in all it was a positive experience.

If you have not done any hot exercise (hot yoga, etc) in the past, you may not feel great after your first workout - but that's because the toxins are leaving your body! Bring plenty of water (in a closely container, no open straws!) and a towel. They provide special heat resistant mats for the isometric classes (Pilates, barre, yoga just to name a few), and also offer high intensity classes such as cycling or rowing. I had a great experience doing the barre class. There is a virtual instructor on the screen guiding you through the poses. You can also schedule your own sessions via the mobile app - it's very easy to either schedule solo visits or with up to 2 friends in the same class. Also a benefit: 24 hour access to members, to fit their individual needs. Definitely a great place to promote your health and sweat it out!

They post them on the web which I love, because I can plan my week when I fly from city to city for work. I've watched this gym for a few years but never was able to catch a class due to working nights (FedEx pilot). They have added tons of new equipment over the last few years and have a great facility (even showers if you have to rush back to work). The coaches provide feedback and ensure that you are doing the exercises in a safe way with correct form! The workout typically consists of running/walking on the treadmill, rowing, and strength training. They also have specialty workouts on occasion or several "tread 50" or "strength 50" classes. I've tried both the 50 minute treadmill class and the 50 minute strength class and enjoyed both! This OTF location provides a supportive environment for people of all fitness levels to workout! There are always options for walking rather than running on the treadmill (while still having a challenging incline) or modifications for the strength training if the standard option doesn't work for your body. Also, splat points are a big motivator! Definitely would recommend trying out a class for a well-rounded workout!

The instructors are excellent, enthusiastic and are able to challenge the members without being overbearing. The gym itself is small, but big enough for the intended purposes and the equipment is all in good shape. The classes are variable enough that you never get bored, but consistent enough that you know you will get a great full-body workout every time.
