They post them on the web which I love, because I can plan my week when I fly from city to city for work. I've watched this gym for a few years but never was able to catch a class due to working nights (FedEx pilot). They have added tons of new equipment over the last few years and have a great facility (even showers if you have to rush back to work). Everyone here worked their tail off, loved the energy and coaching. Keep it up! I have never seen it crowded and they have programs and trainers geared to seniors. We had 5 training sessions with Cheryl and found her to be very supportive and encouraging. Once the staff forgot to give the card back which they requested while I was making the payment to the cashier because I could not receive their bills. The gym where the card was forgotten was far from my home(Tikkurila Dixi, Finland). They could not send a card to me or to my nearest gym. I ended up canceling my membership. They told me that cancellation needed 2 months noticed and charged me for 2 months which I did not even attend because they had my card. It might be one of the cheapest gyms but their services are very low quality and not worth the price. Peoples dignity and respect is key. I think they value money more than people and they do not have intergrity

I have done the CrossFit classes, FLEX class (combination of condition, weightlifting and accessory work), Olympic weight lifting class and yoga classes. My 9 year old is also enrolled in the CrossFit kids class. As a newbie to CrossFit, I love this place. The intimidation was initially there but it was really self vs self. Everyone is so welcoming and very helpful. No judgment at all. From day 1, I have been welcomed with open arms. There are a lot of coaches and they all have the heart of a teacher. Prior to this, I spent 7 months with a personal trainer who was very popular on social media. However, I have learned way more in 4 months at Takeover than I did in 7 months with a PT. I am also in the best shape strength and conditioning wise. I'm still a beginner but every class I get better and I love it. I can not say one bad thing about this establishment. I highly recommend it. Just the family like environment makes this place the best gym locally.

There is an abundance of gym equipment, weights, space, etc. Surprised to also see so many bumper plates and squat racks! They even have a cinema room to watch something while you work out. The gym requires you to leave your bags in the locker room, normally I carry around some equipment in my bag to help with my workouts but I feel, you don't have to worry about not finding what you need. People seemed respectful of the gym and put things back where they belong. Not sure if it's always like this but I went on thanksgiving day. We used our family's guest pass to get in. We asked about day passes and they said $10/visit. Side notes: there was a children's play area for people who needs a babysitter while they get active. Saw multiple bathing suit dryers in the women's locker room, ample dressing stalls/bathrooms, showers, etc and super clean!

A little boy who was bigger than my daughter was allowed to tell her where to go and try to direct her against her will. The employee present did not correct the situation or ensure my child felt safe. As a parent, that was extremely unsettling. Staff should be paying attention and stepping in when one child is trying to control or push another child around. Allowing that kind of situation to continue without intervention creates an unsafe environment. On top of that, after I cancelled my subscription and informed them that I was cancelling, they still charged me for an additional month. Being billed after cancelling is unacceptable. Between the unsafe situation involving my child and being charged after cancelling, I cannot recommend this business. Parents should be cautious.
