Not sure what happened but due to negligence I'm stuck in my house. I have a chronic debilitating disease that has no cure. MOVEMENT IS CRUCIAL! I have been going to my doctor who went back here since early 2014. My doctor was THE DOCTOR! I was referring people to him. I go to an appointment and I'm told that the drug that was keeping me going was being taken away since the other doctors in the office didn't like what he was doing. So I've been weening and I'm getting weaker, my legs are getting harder to move, and all of the pain I haven't felt in years is back and 50x worse. I'm due to see the psychiatrist because I'm not having a good time with all of this, and I'm losing my ability to walk. Do not go here if you are in pain! They treat patients like cattle. They don't care at all. I was left stranded in pain for THREE days all the while I had a legal prescription ready to be filled THREE days ago and pharmacy wouldn't fill because a prior authorization was needed by my insurance company-happens once a year. The pain clinic has a specific employee that does prior auths only. Have left SEVEN voice mails for her over the last THREE days and no return phone call. All the while NO pain medication that I take for a crushed pelvis, back, femur, and foot. Do they care? NO! Last straw today and I finally got through to my doctor- DR GARY S. He told me that the prior auths should always be done STAT so that people don't have to wait or miss their daily dose of pain meds. He promised that my meds would be ready to pick up this afternoon at the pharmacy and that the prior auth would be called in STAT. Of course went to the pharmacy and NO MEDS because they still didn't call in the prior auth. I was lied to. All they have to do is fill in an online form that they already have a template for and fax it over to the insurance company. It's VERY EASY! So it's all about incompetence here. That employee should be fired. Their mission is supposed to be all about helping people in pain yet they have NO problem with making people wait and be in severe pain when they don't have to. It's the old bait and switch. They say you have a legal valid prescription and it's phoned in and all ready and then BAM too bad sit in pain because our lazy employee won't do her simple job and and she will get to it when she wants to-who cares if your in pain. Anyone that is in pain management knows it's just that-Managing Pain! So you can't make a person who needs daily pain medication to function to go without pain medication for days on end. Kind of defeats the purpose for why they are in business. I am going to file a formal complaint for negligence in practice at the state and federal level. read more

2 days after a procedure I did a urinalysis that came back with fentanyl and verced. I didn't take anything but ironically they injected these exact drugs during the procedure I had. Dr. Moghol said that they wouldn't be in my system. REALLY?!? I had no idea what verced even was until they accused me of taking it, they wouldn't even entertain the thought. He's a punk that plays with patients meds, he has this power like he's God....sorry, you'll forever be pathetic. read more

I've been seeing Lisa the nurse practitioner for about 7 years here n she is just wonderful! She gets me into the appointment quickly n gets through it as fast as possible yet if i need to ask anything, she takes the time to answer my question thoroughly. I love their new office on Meijer drive. BUT THE FLO PHYSICAL THERAPY WAS A TOTAL JOKE!!! Flo physical therapy sounded wonderful through their website but was the total opposite! Some guy just points to a wooden chair n rubber band n tells u to pull on it till he gets back (from talking with his co workers for 25 minutes)! read more

I have been a patient of Dr Moghal's for the past 5 years. Deb W., nurse practioner listens to me and takes time to evaluate my back pain issues, she is wonderful and caring. Dr. Moghal is gentle and I am walking up straight, sleeping at night and I have more energy. I am 63yrs old and I work, on my feet all day, 40hrs a week. I am so pleased with the results. I am 30 years old and have a significant slipped disk in my lower back. I previously was seen by a pain management doctor before moving to Toledo at that time I switched to Dr. Hefzy. In the six months I have been with Dr. Hefzy, I have been ignored, lied to, miscommunicated with, mistreated, etc. Their physical therapy department is a joke, I was only once seen by the PT Doctor, the rest of time was spent alone with no direction or with the staff that didn't like upper management & was vocal about disliking scheduling... again little direction. During my brief appointments with Dr. Hefzy, he has been in a rush to leave the appointment & get on to the next appointment. During my 5-10 minutes with the good doctor I was talked over and my concerns disregarded. I had previously been prescribed low level low dose pain medication that was working for me. Dr. Hefzy suggested surgery because he didn't think medication was the correct path for me to be on. He disregarded my desire to NO peruse the surgery route. He then also suggested I get a new MIR, after paying to do so, he never went over the results. Furthermore, I was in the hospital with a bad back day - when called for more information and assistants from the attending doctor he never responded. The office staff is rude & inflexible. They whole staff could benefit from a course in organizational communication. Overall, I am a healthy adult with mild pain, I am only on my prescription - as far as pain management goes, I am very low maintenance. It is mind boggling to me how a doctor and his counterparts can offer such poor service to a patient like me. It begs the question the type of service and care more serious cases are receiving. If you take your health seriously and like to be cared for with compassion, customer service and support Comprehensive Centers For Pain Management isn't the place for you. read more

I took a urine analysis test. I apparently failed the test because I had traces of medicine that was not prescribed by Dr moghal. The meds that were in my system are meds that I was prescribed at an earlier date by my family Dr. There were no illegal drugs in my system. I am a former military man and former police officer. I have never done illegal drugs in my life. Just because I had drugs in my system that were not prescribed by Dr mogjsl he discharged me from the practice. I was left to suffer horrific withdrawal from a dose of 60mg a day of opana and 4 daily doses of sub sys which is what they put cancer patients on. I was left to suffer with no weaning at all. I was left to suffer going cold turkey off of this extremely high dose of medicine just because I had other medicine in my system that weren't prescribed my him. I have perfectly explainable reason for why this happened. I was involved in an accident where both of my front teeth were knocked out. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't sleep. I took an old prescription for colonapin that I had been prescribed by my family Dr. When I went to the dentist I was given a percoset by the dentist. They wanted to give me a prescription for percoset but I told them not to bother because I'm already on high doses of pain killers. Because I had that percoset Givin by a dentist and colonapin Givin by my family Dr I was banned from the practice. I was not offered a plan to wean me down from this ridiculously high dose of pain killer. I was not offered anything at all to handle the horrific withdrawal that was to come. This is downright cruel. And very unprofessional. What I and my family had to endure for the next 2 weeks was pure hell. I can't express enough how bad it was. I feel that it was not warranted to kick me out of the practice because I took other medications that I was prescribed by doctors. I was given no chance to explain anything or no conversation at all. Just a letter in the mail saying don't come back. It was unprofessional and down right evil what they put me and my family through. read more
