Said that goes on vacation for 2 weeks and disappeared for 6 weeks posting very questionable photos in his instagram (if I saw this earlier I would never choose his services) and then said that he spent time with the family. Probably I have a different understanding of the family. Imho this doctor should not practice dentistry at all. He is completely uncapable to deliver any kind of acceptable results despite confidently telling you that he will take care of you. Just see my teeth before and after. I spent ~6k, ~1k he returned and created damage for maybe 10k more. What else do you need to know? Front tooth implant fell out thanks to his crowns, which did not fit, but still offered me to install it without explaining consequences of such decision. I honestly writing this message and feel terrible that I trusted this doctor. I hope the Dental Board will review my complain and make a right decision. I do really wish this doctor won't treat anybody the way he treated me. Photos before (all teeth, posterior open bite) and after (-1 implant, posterior open bite, major/severe crack on canine, premolars, molars). After 8 months of complaints and going circles with the Customer Advocate Team I got dismissed by email from Dr. Dickerson who has never seen me in person but flipped the story the way he wanted, omitted and misrepresents the inconvenient facts for his narrative. My last place was about 6 months out for scheduling which is not okay when you need to get in to get work done. I can generally get an appointment the same week or the following which is great. The doctor is super sweet and reviews everything going on during your visit. My weight time has been limited within the office as well. It is nice to go to a smaller practice where they remember you by name and the details of previous conversations and even your other family members (or boyfriend).

I researched every doctor in the area that hanged out a shingle to practice. I settled on Dr Ha Sedation and Family Practice in Palm Harbor, FL. What an amazing journey. From my first phone call to (Heather) to the lady who set up my program (Tracheala), the entire team...Dr Ha and Dr Mrs Ha, the entire staff front desk, and oral technicians...this was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any type of oral dentistry. These folks are outgoing, professional, personable and caring. Dr Ha was absolutely the best. We talked about golf. He never hurried through treatment. I was always on time and so was the doctor. Our rapport and his professional demeanor were top notch. I should also mention, his process and work ethic are more like art. Every detail was attended and every issue was addressed. Dr Ha removed multiple teeth, inserted implants as anchors for lower dentures and replaced all my uppers. I have never been happier. Their product is better than my original teeth. This "Team" is the best medical team I have ever encountered. I'm lucky. I get to go back now every four months to see them for maintenance. I made an appointment because they advertised a $98 special that included X-rays, a cleaning, and an evaluation by the dentist. I hadn't had a dental cleaning in quite some time and simply wanted a good cleaning, X-rays, and then the dentist's recommendations about anything else I might need. The technician took numerous X-rays and photos. I was then told that I needed a more extensive gingivitis/deep cleaning that would cost over $300, with the $98 I had already paid applied toward it. I declined and said I simply wanted the regular cleaning that was included in the advertised special. I was perfectly willing to listen to any recommendations from the dentist and decide afterward whether I wanted additional treatment. They refused to do the regular cleaning. That was the part I found so disappointing. I came in for the services that were advertised for $98, paid the $98, and expected those services to be provided. I ultimately left without having my teeth cleaned. Interestingly, later that same day I received two texts and a voicemail saying they had checked with the office manager and that it was now okay for me to come back and receive the regular cleaning. By then, I had no interest in returning. I was a chiropractor for more than 26 years and at times offered free examinations and/or X-rays to new patients. If that was what I advertised, that was what the patient received. If I recommended additional care, the patient could then decide whether to proceed. I don't have an issue with a dental office recommending additional treatment they believe is appropriate. I do have an issue with advertising a specific service, accepting payment for it, and then refusing to provide it unless the patient agrees to a more expensive service. I won't be returning.

They could see me rather quickly for a new patient appointment and Dr.Brooke even called me personally the day prior to my first appointment which was a huge WOW factor! There was plenty of parking when I arrived and the building is so clean with such a refreshing atmosphere. They brought me to a consult room prior to my appointment to go over paperwork and address any concerns I had. This was yet another personalized touch of this experience. I then had pictures and X-rays complete, all of which were presented on a giant TV in the room. This felt a bit futuristic lol but Dr.Brooke went over each part of my exam with me before continuing on with the appointment. A few days later they were able to set me up to have my teeth cleaned with Lisa, who was so kind and took her time to again explain everything and prevent any discomfort. Overall this has been one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had with a dentist and I am so thankful a friend had recommended this practice to me.

The implant failure was one of the most painful experiences in my life. I called the office three times to express the level of pain I was in. I was told it was to be expected for a month. One morning I woke up in agony and asked for a neighbor to drive me there, I called ahead and was told it was unlikely I could be seen. The pain was from necrosis of the bone and the implant has to be removed. I would love to be able to complete my treatment with Dr Little (a very kind and thoughtful dentist with great bedside manner). The scheduling is so complicated that my concern is needing to be seen and not having room in the schedule. I am afraid to go through a second try at the implant. It's a beautiful office, great teeth cleanings, great to have a cat scan on site, impeccable cleanliness. Front desk has been very difficult to work with. Trying to decide what my next steps will be.

Great ceremonial prose - very professional, I think the father of the bride was weeping openly. Excellent merchandise, he handed out coffee mugs with his photo (enclosed) - very classy! We had 2 options to choose from, the first is the "Nautical" package which we selected. This included the aforementioned Captain's dress white uniform and a speech mixing references to building a strong vessel into building a strong successful marriage. The second option that he was pushing hard was the "Dental" package that wove a message of strong tooth enamel and a strong marriage. When we resisted this option he tried to throw in 2 free cleanings, we did not bite. He admitted that this option was not selling well. Cons - The only snag was a reference to a deceased clergy during the ceremony, he quickly recovered though and brought the crowd back in to the program. Overall a very successful wedding, in large part to Captain Hugh's efforts - Highly recommend!

I have a very complicated mouth; after Doc finished looking at all the work I've had done, he said "Hmmmm.... a dental museum..... Hmmmm. " I fight the loss of a tooth the way most people fight the loss of a limb. Dr. W. has always done everything in his power to support that, as well as a willingness to sometimes try unorthodox measures that Ive come up with on my own. No, I'm not a dentist, nor in the medical field, but if something had even a slim chance of working, he was willing to give it a shot. He also maintains a sense of humor, which, in my case, has always been critical. His staff maintains the highest standards and they make you feel like family. He has a wall of hats in the office that he wears when he sees children. It makes you wish you were 6 years old again. He is a character that wears many hats, no pun intended, but if you are looking for a flexible family dentist who really enjoys working with people, and getting to know his patients, Dr. Wunderlich is your best choice. PS. He is a doctor who took Time Management 101. You rarely, if ever, have to wait 5 minutes after your appointment time.

They refuse to do them stating the periodontist will not allow them and that I must have their perio-cleanings 4 times per year at my expense. I had thought that we worked it out that i would use my two included cleanings and pay for 2 perio-cleanings but at my appointment today I was told the peeiodontist would not allow it and I had to pay or leave. I left i dont understand how doing nothing is better. Apparantly the periodontist doesn't get a cut of standard cleanings. I find this sad because I really do appreciate Val. I would liken this to taking your new vehicle in for an included oil change and the dealership refusing to do it unless you pay out of pocket for all of their other recommendations. This is wrong and NOT in the best interest of the patient. I will find a new dental practice that focuses on my needs and budget not on what makes a Periodontist that I dont ever see more money.

They sent me two of them to remind me of my appointment and I arrived at noon to find the door is locked, waited around until 12:15. Still locked. This is not the first time I have had this experienced an appointment where the office ends up being closed, it is actually the third time I have had this happen at Bright Now Dental in Palm Harbor. The dentist is nice, heck all the staff is nice. Simply can't seem to be here for the appointments that are set. Not to mention the fact that they haven't had a dental hygienist on staff in over 6months. So you can't even get regularly scheduled cleanings. Last time I scheduled an appointment for two fillings. Then they only did one of them, because the dentist was seeing another patient at the same time as me and was jumping back and forth between us. It's incredibly unorganized & I can't wait to finally pick up this night guard I spent hundreds of dollars on, so I can finally cut ties with this office. This place has really gone down hill fast! I am beyond frustrated with the communication and mismanagement of this business.
