Ryan and all the people there made it clear I made the right decision. One key thing happened where I knew I made the right choice was waiting in the lobby to meet Ryan on my first visit, Lady Gaga was playing on their sound system and somehow I knew I was home. Everything about RSG shows they really care. They do their injections all onsite versus sending you somewhere, they have labs also onsite so you don't have to make an appointment with Sonora and wait, and they keep extra medicine on hand in case of an emergency. The Medical Assistant who gave me my first injection couldn't have been any kinder. They also have a Paris Baquette just next door as a super added bonus!! This is wonderful care by really wonderful people.

1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing Experience with RSG Healthcare…read more My experience with RSG Healthcare was extremely frustrating and disappointing. What should have been a straightforward process turned into a stressful situation with poor communication and a lack of transparency. Reply to RSG Healthcare: Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, your response does not address the primary issue I experienced. My concern is not simply that I had a frustrating experience. After my experience with the office, I began having problems getting my prescribed medications/refills handled. These medications are important to managing my ongoing pain, so interruptions in treatment have been extremely concerning. I have attempted to address the issue directly, but I have not received a satisfactory explanation for why my prescriptions were not being filled. I am documenting my experience because patients deserve clear communication and continuity when it comes to their prescribed medications. I appreciate the offer to discuss this further, but I would like the actual concerns I raised to be addressed rather than simply being directed to contact the office privately.

Wanted to start the process for hip repair or replacement. Nurse Halley was very nice and considerate taking my info. She attempted to make an appointment and said there seems to be a problem and transferred me to Garrett an account specialist. He informed me I have been deleted as a patient because it has been over 3 years since I have seen Dr.Michael Bryan June 2020 actually 3 years and 6 months for COVID testing. I said to him I'm in my portal and I see over 250 lab results and over 300 physician summaries since Aug of 2005. I've been a patient over 17 years. He said he was sorry and there is nothing he can do. He then sent me to his supervisor Kassie. She said she was sorry that I was deleted from Mayo and they are not taking any new patients. I said I'm not a new patient. I said to her when I was working we were told years ago to establish a family Mayo physician with Dr. Michael Bryan so when you retire your grandfathered in for life. No body ever said to me to make sure you go in once a year to keep current. I have a portal and I read my messages. Why did I not get some reminder to come in as my 3 year inactivity would cause account deletion infact the most recent mail I have is from Carol Carrillo dated 09/28/2022 to make sure I have regular Medicare and a supplement and that Mayo does not take Advantage Medicare . I asked Kassie to speak to another supervisor and she was sorry and implied she was it. Times are changing, we are being canceled and slowly erased from existence. Retirement is not what I thought it would be.

My entire family goes through Mayo Clinic health care. The have saved my mothers life twice over the span of 25 years and my 24 yo daughters life when she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Their scheduling can be their weak spot however I have noticed a lot of improvement. The doctors are literally the best care you can be lucky enough to receive - they spend the time with you and place patient care has a high priority. I was literally a shocked to see these negative reviews. I know I'd you are not a patient it can be challenging to get into the system however I am forever grateful for their amazing care thank you

No one at reception to greet me for about 15 minutes. Then I was finally greeted and asked to fill out a heinous form requiring all kinds of details and then at least a dozen of my signatures (*"we can take stills and videos of YOU but no recording US allowed, etc., which seemed like a screaming red flag...) I finally completed the ipad form and hit "submit." Instead of submitting, it it didn't save anything and I was quite unapologetically told to "fill it out again." At this point, I was already not vibing with this place. If I had been the receptionist, I would have apologized profusely, told the doctor what happened and then asked him if perhaps the patient (Me) could fill it out again as I spoke with the doctor. The male receptionist seemed like a fairly pleasant guy but was just pretty clueless on etiquette. I turned around and high-tailed it out of there asap. Now I'm reading a bunch of not-so-stellar reviews. I'm very glad I trusted my gut. I fully plan to keep searching as I have a couple of months. Trust your gut, ladies and gentlemen! And if I were this business, I would do some serious employee training on reception protocol.

The clinical team is very kind and supportive. It truly takes a strong team to create the kind of environment North Mountain has. Their collaboration, dedication, and compassion are evident every day, and it's been a pleasure working alongside them. I would confidently recommend North Mountain to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that truly puts patients first.

I will tell you that during this long stay, we interacted with dozens of different teams. And this was an overall good experience. From the security people, nurses, techs, doctors, cafe staff, and even the cleaning crew- we were treated respectfully and everyone communicated with us. And these doctors took the time to really explain what was happening. I know from stays at other hospitals that family is often left in the dark about how and what needs to be done, but they have all been very transparent and ensure we know what they know.

The RN assigned to us was somewhat polite, but when we asked for water for the patient, we were told we could get it ourselves rather than being assisted. I also did not observe the IV port being sanitized before medication was administered, and a green disinfecting cap was not placed on the IV afterward. In addition, the pads the patient was lying on had visible blood on them and were not changed. I ended up removing the soiled pad from underneath her myself. These are basic cleanliness and sanitation practices that are important in a hospital setting. The experience left me feeling like I had to closely watch the care being provided to make sure things were being done properly. I hope hospital leadership or patient relations reviews this feedback and reinforces proper care standards for future patients.
