He told me that if my previous pain management doctor couldn't help me then why would I think that he could help me. That shows lack of confidence in his abilities. He spoke to me rudely. He speaks in a monotone voice like other reviewers wrote and he did not show any care or concern for me as a patient. It was extremely difficult for me to get to his office as I am in chronic pain and had to lie in the back seat of a taxi (which was expensive) to get to his office. So it was extremely disappointing to be treated like that by a pain management doctor who I thought would at least try to help me. I am currently seeing a different pain management doctor who is doing everything he can to help me. What a different experience from Dr. Rubin.

Causing me not only increased debilitating pain also causing great anxiety and stress. I didn't understand it then and still today I don't understand. I was told we just aren't going to use that protocol anymore. You need to find another doctor. Abandoned by pro health lake success. I'm positive my case isn't an isolated incident. I truly believe there is a possible class action mail practice case that should be filed. After more than eleven years. Pro health abandoned patients. Fortunately another doctor saw my history and did not believe what they did. He said we'll help you here. We will never do that here. Please do not use pro health. You will see if you investigate they are a big business only interested in turn a profit. If you luckily are treated by them with any good care it's not because they care about you it's because they can make easy money off you. Until they decide to abandon you. I truly feel bad for the doctors and administrators who make their decisions on money not care. Money in the the case of pro health is the root of their evil. Karma on those.

This was my first time to the Neck & Back Pain Center and I came away very impressed. It's a very…read morenew, nice looking office. The front desk acknowledged me immediately, and asked me to fill out some forms. Before I was finished, and 15 mins before the scheduled appointment , I was asked to come in and wait in one of the exam rooms. Dr. Caprarella came in a few minutes later, & was professional & attentive to my situation. She explained what tests she would like to do, & what the possible explanations for my situation were. She was very clear & answered every question I had. From there the staff waited on the dr's request for a stat MRI & got insurance approval in less than 30 mins. I was out of the office only about 45 mins after I first arrived. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the entire staff at this Pro Health Center. 24 hrs later I just got a follow up call from the front desk. Wow!

Then after my double fracture on my C4 neck spine on Feb 28th 2024 the pain got extremely worse. Nov 14th 2024 was my 2nd appt after meeting with Dr. Latrice Akuamoah on Nov 11 2024. Dr. Latrice Akuamoah suggestion for the massive pain and muscle spasm was steroid inject between the spine to relieve the inflammation. This is more of a long term solution without involving narcotic medications. Dr. Latrice Akuamoah was a true professional. She was patient, friendly, easy to talk, kind and knowledgeable. Explained to me in great detail the process and the long term benefits of the steroid injections. I did ask. Will the steroid make me fat? She explains there are different kind of steroids. Eating a balanced diet is the best way to accomplish a healthy weight. On Nov 14 2024 I walk into the office. It's a cozy but prestine office. It has a little style with the unique doors as you get into to see the Doctor. A bit of fashion is nice for it doesn't feel to clinical. ABSOLUTELY ALL the staff are professional, amazing, friendly and delightful. Very easy to talk to and you can tell they care. And yes also hearted with a sense of humor. Rocquel "Rocky" MPV is absolutely wonderful. She's the one I have most contact with. Hilarious and bubbly. She checked me in helping to make sure all my information was entered correctly and was also very patient and knowledgeable. I was very impressed for the next morning she called me to check up on me and asked how I was feeling. Now that's 100% patient care. Jacky (Manager) AMAZING glossy shiny luxurious facial skin. Huey (Medical Asst) genuinely an incredible smile. Makes you automatically smile when you see her. She's so cheerful. Just the warmth of Rocquel, Jacky, Huey and Emma as you are helped puts your mind at ease. Uplifting for sure. I didn't have to wait too long in the waiting room after I arrived. Emma (medical assistant) escorted me to the other waiting room inside where the procedure place. She asked some questions, took my temp, got me ready with crubs to change into also making sure I privacy changing by closing the privacy curtain. I complimented Emma on her beautiful accent which made me think about Chicharron. She tells me she's from Puerto Rico and how beautiful Puerto Rico is and this hotel that is literally on the beach. She did say there are so many other beautiful hotels there to pick from. I was like let me cancel my appt right now and I'm catching the next. Rocquel "Rocky" (Medical Assistant) came in to get the IV ready for the steroid injection procedure. Very patient and yes I get very nervous for I have very thinner veins. We made small talk so that helped a lot with my anxiety and nervousness. Rocquel definitely made me calmer and less stressed. I just don't like needle. I get nervous & sweaty. Now the best part is that patients are given snacks and juice afterwards for you can't eat or drink 8hrs prior to the procedure. Emma (Medical Assistant) walked me into the procedure room. Assisted me onto the bed. Got my air tube on me and got me settled in the bed. Minutes later Dr. Latrice Akuamoah arrives talks to me about the process again. Administers the local anesthetic to numb the area around the injection site. Before I knew it my hubby was walking to back in the car. It was all done. I did make a follow up appt before the procedure started for I knew I would forget or be too drowsy to focus which was the case. This place is rude and disrespectful! Asian assistant says loudly to front desk, "I don't want to…read moreassist in the no fault case," then places my file beneath another patient. The appointment time is 3 p.m.; it is now 5 p.m. and no one has called. Patients who arrive after me are called in first? When asked when I'd be in line, , "oh, soon." More issues noticed: your paperwork needs to be revised... why are the first 7 pages relating the same thing? just narrow your pages down! Make it simple. 18 pages of double info is not necessary Also, the elder Indian doctor who yelled at his front desk was extremely unprofessional. Maybe if you changed your paper work process, you'd be less frustrated. Work smarter, not harder. Last question: What does it mean when you say over-the-counter medicine? Do you need to ask everyone in the office, or can you just use common sense and google it? There's professionalism, and then there's your team.
