I have had to tell too many doctor (back in the 1980s and '90s) that *I* pay their salary, whether it is via insurance or not, and I am not paying them to be treated poorly. My time is JUST as important at theirs. Enter Changebridge. I have never had to wait, they have called me if an appointment could not happen or had an incredible wait (very, very infrequently, but it happens), I have never seen a pharmaceuticals rep in there ever (granted, it is no longer cricket for them to offer a free trip to Hawai'i any longer, but that's fine with me. My doctor is Dr. Frank Iannetta, and he has been so for the time I have gone there. I love him; he took a lot of time to learn about adult-onset muscular dystrophy (DM Type II), always offers advice, looks into any question I have, not religious and always has a laugh with me over so many different issues outside of medicine. He listens, chats, but is serious and totally qualified to help with anything. Another excellent quality is that Changebridge has relationships with so many other types of specialty medical practices that I have gotten audiology, podiatry, cardiac, pain management and so many other kinds of help. I take almost no medications (the list is 6 now, not 10 and far less than the amounts I've been on). I also go to PT three times a week, and I feel just INCREDIBLE! I go primarily to Dr. Iannetta, but any doctor there is just wonderful. My husband and I both go; he really likes to go to Dr. Pallay, who is very medically knowledgeable, but he is focused on the medicine and not a "chat" kind of doc; I love Dr. Iannetta because he is the exact opposite. Both kinds as well as everyone in-between is right for many patients. None of the doctor or nurses are any the less gifted in medicine. I know all the staff (for the most part) and speak to them all with delight. I enjoy every person there. They all bring something special to the experience. They do a lot for any patient. I cannot recommend them enough. I would not even know where to begin with how much they have done for me over...I think more than 30 years. We have lived in Parsippany now for 32 years. Before that in Fairfield, so really, I don't know. But I am deliriously happy with every visit there. You will be, too.

She was so nice as we talked before my first appointment. I asked questions about my insurance plan and she answered. She gave me information that was very helpful to a new patient. Dr. Andy was walking past and stopped to introduce himself and shake my hand. Dr. Andy took the time to explain his practice and what he could do for me. He did not give me a script for any meds because he wants to find the root of my problem, not relieve my symtoms but find out what is causing my symtoms. I've been not well since August and this is the first doctor's office that has not given me a list of meds that again, will not work. Thank you Dr. Andy for making yourself available to me WHEN I NEED YOU. BTW, I went on their website and emailed them for an appointment. The assistant who took my husband's vitals was just as friendly and kind and competent, the receptionist was so pleasant and genuine it all was a positive experience. I have used this location before and always had amazing doctors, as well as staff, but sadly never the same group. Kudos to whoever does the hiring because you are doing an amazing job. Unacceptable, I suffered terribly after going here. Please read this…read more I had a small but uncomfortable red spot at the base of my nostril (1/2 size of a dime, maybe smaller) This "doctor" took my urine, after examining my nose and sdvising me to FIRST, fill script THEN, follow up with my dermatologist. She said I'll be back in a few to provide you with paperwork, diagnosis and script. Someone came in, one of the staff members and hand me a cup and said she wants your urine to be tested - I had no idea why or how this could be when we were just together and it was about my nose. I asked him what for? He replied she will have to go over that with you. So I did it. This doctor came back in and I asked why she took my urine and she said, I almost don't believe I'm writing this, I've run several tests for STDs. I absolutely lost my mind! First of all who the hell is she to question anything like that she would need to ask me some questions about my sexual activity, I asked her what STDs has to do with my nose she had no answer. I left there and for some strange reason since it had been burning under my nose I figured let me fill this prescription Huge mistake! I was then in a situation where I was given a VERY strong, dangerous ointment which resulted in a SEVERE infection - taking the entire side of my face over & according to my dermatologist exasperating anything that could have been wrong to begin with as well as causing this to be 1 DAY away from my bloodstream. Yes, I am filing suit. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.

I occasionally have to have a biopsy here that is 4 hours long and I need to be awake for. Basically, they mash my bewbs between two grates while I go in and out of an MRI machine and they drill holes to biopsy where they think there might be something suspicious. As you can imagine, I hate having this done and I'm an absolute f@cking bitch when I check in for the procedure. I must say, they staff is so great, they never once crack by being nasty back!

I had surgery earlier today and things went so well that as I sit here on my couch recovering I…read morefelt I should review them already. A doctor friend of mine recommended a surgeon to me that works out of the Morris County Surgical Center and after today I don't know if I'd want to go anywhere else. I was the first on the board this morning so I arrived at 6:30am to a smiling and friendly nurse/receptionist who was very helpful. I was brought to the back where I was taken care of by Elaine, who was very caring and kept me at ease (her British accent was calming). As more people started coming in and milling about I realized that these nurses were awesome and cared about making me feel confident. When I was brought into the ER by my two ER nurses (sorry ladies, I simply cannot remember your names) they, and the Anesthesiologist, quickly got me situated and comfortable and were saying good night. The next thing I remember was waking up in the recovery room with nurse Laura and Dr. Simon talking to me. I've been under the knife six times now and I have never had a better experience than today. The nurses, the doctors, the recovery room...I felt at ease the whole time, from start to finish. This is the first time I came out of anesthesia without the shakes or feeling nauseous. I can't say enough about how great this went. Now I hope my recovery goes as well.
