The billing company is sending me and my friend who went there astronomical bills even though are insurance says they paid in full. We both sent them our EOB's from the insurance proving that and they don't care. They just want money money money, more than they are owed. They put our bills in collections because we refuse to overpay them and they are completely unreasonable and won't budge even a dollar. We both tried to offer settlements to resolve the issue even though we didn't have to and they refuse to work with us. I would go somewhere else that has fair billing practices.

His staff was completely impatient and unhelpful to my mother. Our primary doctor prescribed an X-Ray and also mentioned that she might need an MRI. Not only did Dr. Reicher not ask my mother where the pain and symptoms were, he almost took an X-ray of the WRONG shoulder until my mother spoke up. She was prescribed pain medication which has not been working and it seems impossible for her to make a follow up visit with the secretary staff. She called two days ago and they have just got back to her today saying the Dr. Reicher will not be in until tomorrow. This is a hot mess, see someone else
