Would not recommend!! They made me exchange product and pay for the exchange to tell me they will credit me for first purchase made when they speak to supervisor and now they tell me after trying to get my money back for months, that they can only do store credit. I had my original receipt by the way. The money is the least I'm upset about, it's how business is done. I work in healthcare industry and this is not how you do business!! read more

I work at the airport lifting heavy luggage all day, so my legs and feet get wrecked after long shifts. Compression socks are a must for me, and this store is hands down the best place I've been to. Lely and Lillian were amazing! Super friendly, super helpful, and really knew what they were talking about. They helped me find the right fit and explained which socks would hold up best for the kind of work I do. Since I started wearing them, my legs feel way less tired and swollen after an 8-hour shift. If you're on your feet all day like me, definitely come here, they'll take care of you. read more

As an ophthalmic/eye tech, I'm either standing through clinics or hustling between rooms, and my legs were DONE by 3 p.m. Came here for compression socks and left super impressed. They carry a big variety (graduated compression, different lengths, fun colors), and Lelly and Lillian went above and beyond explaining sizing and pressure so I got exactly what I needed. I had very bad experience with this store, first it started with my insurance, which Lelly said they do take, according to my Insurance company the script was never submitted, I called back several days later, Lelly said that I had deductable and co insurance if I wanted to go thru insurance it would cause $$ for two pair, but if I were to buy without insurance it cost 1 pair for $ adding that up does not come to $$, then I order just 1 pair on Aug 1, they took my payment and said it would be drop ship, I called back on Aug 8 to get tracking number, Lelly said that the order was drop shipped 4 days ago, then she gets back on the phone and said the socks were on B/O, some one should have told me this 4 days ago,I asked for full refund this has been going on for few weeks now, time to look for another place to order. read more

Having gone through this several times over the years has once again convinced me I have a better chance of God creating a miracle than ever getting this damn thing fixed. They need all these approvals and assume my doctor is some kind of mechanical wheelchair engineer who knows all the functions of an electric wheelchair. It is bad enough they can't cure multiple sclerosis but that is a whole other story. This one is about the foot rest being broken and God help anyone else if yours breaks because you might as well dig a hole in your backyard. Even when home medical equipment has all the paperwork they still don't submit it in a timely fashion this one has been around on a desk somewhere for a week. The woman in charge had the flu. Whenever she wants she can trade multiple sclerosis for the flu. I would raise my hand but it has not moved in about five years. I hope the flu has gotten better but it won't matter. Try this life. I guarantee you could not handle it. I would hand you a tissue but when my my nose is runny I just let it drip. I don't have a choice. Do your job or someone else should do it for you. It is typical but still extremely inappropriate.
