The lady in the store was very nice and extremely helpful. I went myself to pick up the coat and bought a size small. Unfortunately it was too small and my daughter had to go back to get a medium. The lady was very nice and exchanged it with no issues at all. Great customer service and one of the only uniform stores around that actually carry lab coats. We went in just to get an idea back in late February - pre pandemic. The owner take care of him and made him feel so comfortable. She was so friendly he insisted we buy a bomber jacket for him there. Of course he loves his bomber jacket! What 8 year old wouldn't. A number of moms have asked me about the jacked and I always direct them to Roberts. In February I planned to shop around for his Communion suit. When we left my son turned to me and said "I want to get my suit from there." Don't take me to more places I like her suits and I want to get it from this store. Surprised, I said "fine we'll come back in a week or two." Needless to say... the world shut down from the Coronavirus. His Communion was delayed until September. When we were notified of the new date in September my son turned to me and said are we going to Roberts? I need to get my suit, and I only want to go to that one store. He got his suit - he picked it out and felt so handsome in his navy-blue, Italian suit. He looked amazing but I'm bias. The two women in the store had masks on and handled my son who finds everything itching or restrictive perfectly. They had chef coats, nursing outfits and so much more it's really a good place to go. A bit pricey however it seems that they have many popular name brand items that are great. My friend and I went to this store specifically for boots for her bf and saw many options and a nice worker came over and helped us make the final decision. He was actually very kind and assisted us for a while and was patient and answered all of our questions. We sided with some Reebok light weight boots that we thought were reasonably cost effective and light weight yea I must emphasize on that since most of the boots are super heavy! We also purchased a lime green skully for the chilly days to come. Everything seemed to be well and we left the store happy about our purchase. Unfortunately when we got home and her bf was getting ready for work she noticed there was two completely different boots in the box. This is a mixed review as I went to the store as well as ordered something online from them. The store was decent sized but it was hard to get around as everything is pretty tight. They have everything you can think of for winter work gear. They also have a big selection of boots and work shoes. I ended up just looking for and trying on some overalls but they didn't have my size. So I ended up ordering them online and that worked out fine. Seems like a good place for uniforms, and work clothes for cops, construction, nurses, EMTs, etc. There was plenty of parking as well.
