Absolutely recommend Fernando with Computer & Cell Phone repair! Phenomenal, fast, professional service. When I first called him, I automatically got a great feeling about him just by the way he answered the phone; very polite, professional, and helpful. He genuinely listened to my concerns when I told him about the issues my laptop was having. He gave me some input and told me that it sounded like a bad hard drive. I took my laptop in for repairs; low and behold, he was correct! He ended up replacing my hard drive, but not only did he fix the initial problem- he went above and beyond by installing some extra goodies like Microsoft Office, Adobe, antivirus protection, and upgraded my RAM from 8 gb to 16 gb. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. The turnaround time for repairs was very quick and he gave me a very accurate time frame. My laptop has never ran better. Fernando responded to my inquiry within minutes even though it was late in the evening. His communication with me was superb and he offered to work on my iPhone, which was unable to operate FaceTime, within a day or two. The disk drive on my Dell laptop crashed and Dell's technical support department said it was unrecoverable. I took the laptop to Best Buy and their "Geek Squad" department analyzed the computer and said the same thing....indicating they couldn't recover my personal files off of the hard drive. They didn't even put the hard drive back into the computer. I called Fernando at Computer & Cell Phone Repair and he saw me right away. I brought the hard drive to him and he recovered over 115 gigabytes of personal files. Those files (mainly business files) are extremely valuable to me. Fernando did a fantastic job at fixing my computer. He came on time and fully prepared. Took about just an hour and a half to fix my computer. In my case my cooler wasn't working for my cpu so I got a replacement and he was able to install it. It fixed all my pc's performance issues. I will say though to contact him with the phone number that you can call instead of contacting on yelp because he may not see your message that's what happened to me.
