Super service really fast and gave me advice on how to save money on my cracked phone.

I walked in having scheduled an appointment and there were three people waiting. I was never acknowledged and both service people were in the back. It took 15 minutes for anyone to come out front The store front was empty and anyone could have come in and stolen all the merchandise. It took 30 minutes for them to get to me. And this is with an appointment. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait longer than walk-ins? I heard a phone ringing. There were two employees and neither answered the phone. I'm sure these young men are good at repairing cellphones, but they don't have a clue about running a store. They probably need one employee to stay out front and answer the phones. I will say that when they finally got around to me, service was good. But I think next time I will support a small local business and not this corporate-owned company. I just felt really ignored. If you do book an appointment here, be prepared to wait a long time. read more

Hello all, Who else has a business and practicaly their whole life in a devise called cell phone, a mini computer if you will? Being at the mercy of Asurion or the business that repair cell phones is a nightmare, as they should be working for us, we pay a pretty penny for insurance to have our items worked on when they go down. Perhaps not have this company be a monopoly that the nearest Asurion tech company is this one called UBREAKIFIX; they have proven and fallen short of quality and professional status, and to top it of Asurion does nothing about it. This brings keep to my question: Has anyone else had problems with this business? I have now been waiting for two and a half weeks for parts to have my phone repaired ( I overheard David the tech at front of desk say to another customer, that the parts would be in in 2-3 days. 2 1/2 weeks later still waiting.) I have also asked that I get a call back when parts arrive, which they told me 2 to 3 days, and here we are at 2 1/2 weeks. Asurion, how can you have businesses like this giving the asurion company name a bad reputation. This is the second time I have been to this store in Rancho Mirage, and the tech is always 1 hr late to open store. I have also asked to talk to the manager and David, the tech doesn't even know his bosses name. It is not fair that we pay for a product to Asurion only to be held hostage to whenever they please to do the work. Is it Asurion, or is it the local business UBREAKIFIX that they do not care about the customers? I live out of town (the closest repair place is an hour and 15 mins away), so coming here is a hike. I dropped off my iPad and was told they didn't have the parts and it would take a week. Not a big deal because I work. I called Friday the following week in the morning and they said it would be ready that afternoon. I drove the hour and a half to pick it up almost at their closing time (so they had plenty of time to finish it) only to be told I wasted 3 hours of my life because they hadn't finished the iPad. Meanwhile, someone else came in and picked up their phone that they appear to have gotten fixed that day. Additionally, there is a review for same day screen change on their website so they essentially blew me off. They offered to have me pick up 45 minutes from me on Monday between 9-11 as if I don't have a job and that's not in the middle of my work day. They also offered a "discount" for the wait, but I am not holding my breath in that. It is going to cost me $200, take me two weeks, and 9 hours of driving and waiting to get my iPad screen fixed. I had gone here and expected my phone to get fixed my screen was not working and was bleeding black ink, I thought they had fixed it and I also asked them to put on a screen protector. I paid around $300 for a third party screen, which was not Apple as it was the cheaper option and thought everything was fixed, little did I know I it again the next day and my phone is bleeding that same black ink that I came in to get fixed was not fixed, absolutely infuriated! read more

If I could give this place a zero then I would . One of the worst experiences and customer services I have ever encountered. They quoted me 2 days for a repair, but here we are 2 weeks later and no movement of my device being even picked up. I have been in twice and I can literally see my device in the same spot as it was previously, what is disappointing is the fact I already spent $100 to repair and they want to extend the repair time another week? Like really? I should have went to the mall and got my device fixed in under an hour . What a waste of 2 weeks and my time. I'm now on my second week of waiting for an easily-obtainable part for my computer. While the employees are polite, they do not provide accurate estimates of when your product will be fixed. And no one ever answers the phone. Ever. Service? What service? I agree with Joseph S. about giving this place a zero. Took my computer in for troubleshooting at 10am. Timothy assured me that he could give me an update by mid-afternoon and to text him if I needed more information. I texted twice, no response. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! I do not recommended anybody going here not only customer service is horrible they lost all my data to my phone and now I'm supposed to just deal with it. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen I had service before going in. The day bringing it in they quoted me 2 hours I came 2 hours they said another 2 hours I waited came back and they said ok we are not going to have it ready until before closing. Came back the guy tells me "so we cant get service back on your you're the 1% that this has ever happened to" They gave me a burner phone for the mean time I didn't have a phone they was late to get texts couldn't get any calls.... meanwhile they had my phone with out giving me a call on when they were going to get it back never had any answers for me on where my phone is kept telling me " oh my guy is lagging" HOW UNPROFESSIONAL THEY HAD MY PHONE FOR A MONTH!!! I call tell them they are not going to have my phone anymore I need it back the way I gave it to them with my pictures on it. They said "my data is corrupted can't get it back" and I'm just SOL? The people who work here are amazing. We had a repair that Apple was giving us the runaround about. Apple wouldn't honor our appointment, tried to endlessly give us the runaround and Apple tried to way overcharge us. We can here and the people were amazing. They fixed the issue in under 5 minutes! I went to the Rancho Mirage CA location on 7/29 with a Samsung pad that was locked . I was there around 1030 am . I was told they could unlock by end of day. Went back at 5pm and was told it was taking longer than expected . Come back Tuesday. Stopped Tuesday and told it was "rebooting" and should be ready Wednesday. During this time I never received a call as promised on updates on service . Called Wednesday and told "it will be ready by 2pm". Stopped by at 530 pm Wednesday . Was told 10-15 min it will be done. Sitting IN the lobby received a call saying " sir your computer will not be ready today - our servers are down". Told him I'm in the lobby , and then " oh, I must have called the wrong number or I have the wrong ticket " . WTF ? This is the most disorganized, unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I was told " I'll have it tomorrow , Thursday , by 9am ". I am not holding my breath or else I may die. I had seen the brochure for " home protection" and was interested initially , that will NEVER happen now . read more

Very highly recommended for its the only game in town with a monthly payment for all ur device needs . U do have to pay for parts if broken but only a ceiling amount of u join the plan . Brought my cellphone and gaming console an so far great service . Remember to make appointment but walk ins welcome . Dropped my S21 Ultra 5G in the ocean in Cabo and thought to have lost more than 2k pictures of my first born baby so I was super bummed. The team here we're able to take apart my device and replace pieces until it was able to be turned on and all information transferred over to my new device. I stopped by, on a Sunday, after a camping trip where I somehow got rock sand in the battery port. I did a request for quote & only 1 responded with a quote of $65 for new port but not until Monday. They didnt answer the phone when i called 3 times to see if me phone was ready. It wasn't. The tech said they were busy with customers. I had to make 2 trips, complete waste of time and gas. I was supposed to get a discount coupon for siging up which I never.got. both times the tech seemed uninterested in an apology. While there, i saw two irate customers. Dont know the problem. I guess my phone was fixed, I needed a new battery. Time will tell. And I have a one year warranty. But a little customer service would sure go a long way. read more
