I've been in a nasty spiral because my original SIM card has been damaged, and I've been using WiFi to communicate. last night late, I figured I'd start the process of replacing it. As I was writing out my issue, I saw a human--not a bot--typing to me. at frigging midnight, or later. Enter Ronald.
