Called this place to get a quote for a screen repair and the phone etiquette of the gentleman working with me was rather interesting. After telling him my phone model he gave me a price but I didn't even tell him what was needing to be done. What he quoted me for was not exactly what I needed. Strike 1. Then went to the store today to get the repair done and I heard the same gentleman lying to a lady stating that Bluetooth requires internet to work. Strike 2. Not a great customer service. When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3. Honestly, I don't recommend this place as they didn't show great customer service, didn't show me any honesty which lead me not to trust them. read more

I've used Hector for at least three, maybe four repairs. Back when he was still in a kiosk at the mall, he replaced the battery in my husband's iPhone SE. He's replaced the screen protector on my iPhone 11 twice - once with a Belkin protector that I bought at the Apple Store, and today with a screen protector that he had in stock. He only charged me $10 and my phone looks brand new. Very happy with his service and prices. This guy replaced my malfunctioning display and battery, but broke my camera phone in the process. He refused to allow me to return the display or the battery for a refund. The battery lifetime wasn't improved at all and the display has tape sticking out around the sides and the back button didn't work. He wanted me to buy a new camera. But the new camera never came. Now I am out $180 and I have a phone with zero value. I am super pissed. read more

I had my screen fixed two days ago by Hector himself. His price was reasonable but my screen cracked within 48 hours. I didn't drop it or hit it on anything so I called back to see if he would honor fixing it for free or at a discount. His employee told me he could not fix it unless I pay another $120. Until this point I would of given 5 stars but now I'm giving one star because you can't give 0 stars. I was going to send everyone I know to him to get their phones fixed. Now I will recommend anyone else but Hector. Customer service is the most important thing when running a business and it doesn't seem like they cared at all. TERRIBLE place got my xr screen "fixed"( not really) here and they bent the Frame of the phone and did a LAZY job on repairing the phone, the screen was UNEVEN and the Face ID didn't work.
