The gentleman on the phone didn't hesitate and said yes come on by. I got there a later in the day maybe an hour before closing time at 8pm and the shop was busy. But I was able to add my name to the wait list and got a chair about minutes later. NOT BAD AT ALL!!! My barber didn't speak good English but another barber translated so it was all good with me. He was nice polite and did a great job on my beard and shaved head. The Shop: The shop is big with plenty of chairs and it's clean. The equipment used is well kept, they have TV's and music playing. Plenty of seating while waiting for your turn. Location: It's located in Gardena off of Rosecrans and Normandie in tue shopping center. Price: Prices are great I went in for a full head shave and a beard edge up and trim. Final cost was $47. That included a hot towel wrap, and a light message. I'll be back....

The owner has minors working barbers and I it wouldn't be surprising that they are also working without license or certification since they don't seriously show no idea how to do a hair cut. I paid $60 to someone who did a horrible job and left my hair uneven everywhere he used the Scissors. I hope they would know the feeling of being scammed and lied and not being able to do anything to fix your hair but cut it all . WORST EXPERIENCE!

This place has a very good atmosphere everyone is professional and attentive with their customers. They are all very talented and do a nice job. I have taken my baby other places and when I brought him here they really tried to make him comfortable and worked around him to get the job done. They have even switched the tv to cartoons as soon as we walked in very welcoming and they make sure you are good all along. I would recommend calling to schedule an appointment bc sometimes they do get busy and you don't have to wait too long, either way they will try to get to you as fast as they can.Great place! read more

This fake ass Barber rapper was so rude and stupid , I think his name was frank . walked in there they didn't even say hi , got me fucking waiting for him all fucking day . And in the end he says he gonna go to the store to get a drink and that fool never came back . Waited at least 25 minutes and still haven't came. They r very bad . Really bad service . Made me waste at least 2 hours in there and that fool never showed up. Never going back there again. And I'll make sure my friends and family never go that shitty ass place . read more

I was just visiting another establishment in the plaza and parked my car next to his shiney new ride. Later, as my girlfriend and I were returning back to our car to leave, he came out of the barbershop and greeted me so warmly as bro, but as he got closer, I could see anger in his eyes as he proceeds to accuse me of scratching his car. "Bro, look, there's the scratch." (He points to a barely-there scratch, across from my rear door, no where near where I was getting in or out.) "I just bought this car yesterday, you parked too close, and scratched it." I try explain it's not physically possible since I had no rear passengers, and had nothing in the rear seat to have any reason to open my rear door. He keeps reminding me that he "just bought the car yesterday" so I am the only possible culprit for the scratch. At this point, there's no point in arguing, and I just get back into my car and watch him walk back into Rise N Grind. I assumed he was waiting to get his hair cut, but to my surprise, he starts to cut a client's hair! He had stopped working on a client mid-cut to run out and accuse me of scratching his car lol He didn't introduce himself, but from what I've gathered from social media, he looks to be the barber that goes by Chino. I'm sure the owner will correct me if I'm wrong, because whoever this person is, I'm confident he's told all his co-workers multiple times about how he "just bought this car yesterday." I hope he doesn't honestly believe I scratched his car, because that is just delusional. I just have some final words of advice for anyone choosing Chino as your barber, don't park too close to his dark grey Honda Civic, otherwise, he'll have one eye on his car, and only one eye on his clippers!
