Turns out we picked a winner because he laid our carpet perfectly back in place and repaired a long cut in the carpet so well that you could not even tell where it had been ripped apart. Since then we had Rick come out on three more occasions over the years to stretch and refit carpet, to clean the carpet, and to repair carpet after yet another slab leak.
