I accidently smashed the heck out of my phone screen. I called Compu Cell + and talked to Joe, he told me he did not have my screen in the store, but had it at a local warehouse and could have it the next day. I stopped by with the phone so Joe could verify the make and model for ordering accuracy. He called me the next day to tell me the screen had arrived. I brought the phone in and he had the phone fixed within three hour window that he gave me. Everything works perfectly on the phone and I saved hundreds over buying a new phone. Really great experience this morning with Joe of Compu Cell+ ! I have no idea how I cracked the screen of my phone, I'm usually pretty careful! I know some people walk around w cracked screens forever but since this is my only phone, I was pretty paranoid that it would get worse & totally crap out on me- I called the other day, I was quoted an extremely reasonable price($25-$50 less than anywhere else). I ran over this morning and Joe was there, he fixed it in less than 20 mins and provided me with a new screen protector too-I wouldn't hesitate to return if this ever happens again and I totally recommend this business to anyone who needs a fair price & excellent, friendly service! Thanks Joe, you're the best! (addendum) I wanted to add to this that I just read the 10 reviews that are not recommended, and I can't see why not! They are all 5-star and a few are pretty detailed. This is a computer and cell phone repair store. I took my granddaughter's i-phone and i-pod in for repairs. I was very impressed with this company, They were very reasonable on repair pricing and even though the i-pod could not be repaired (due to someone else previously making incorrect repairs to it) they did not charge me for checking out the item they were unable to repair, they only charged for the repairs done on the i-phone. The owner Joe Badra was very honest and informative telling what the previous repair person had done that ruined the i-pod. He was rather upset that someone would do this to the item. The cracked glass and button on the i-phone was repaired and it looks and works great. I definitely recommend Comp-Cell (next to Branneke Hardware). They are reasonable, honest and kept me informed of when parts would come in and i-phone would be ready for pick up. read more

Update review based on getting a 2nd opinion on a water damaged device…read more Last year after my iPad Pro was water damaged I took it to mobile device doctors and they looked at it and accessed it could not be fixed. A year later I figured it was worth a 2nd opinion from a 5-Star rated company before purchasing a new one. The 5-star company was no only able to repair the screen issue but ID'd that the previous service rep (Mobile Device Doctor in this case) put a service sticker with the wrong type of iPad (2nd gen vs 3rd gen which makes a big difference) and more importantly why I am leaving this review is some internal parts were not put back into the iPad (ie board covers). Whether this was intentional (integrity issue) or unintentional (sloppy work), want to make sure the public is aware. I've give the company an opportunity to rectify the issue by issuing a full refund for the service and deem what they think is fair for leaving out internal parts.

Do not go here. Left with my phone more damaged than when I came in and I have photos to prove it. Owner is a scammer and uses fake iPhone and other phone parts. He argued with me after he messed up MY phone. As a business man he should not charge people full fees and say he can fix something if he is too incompetent to do so. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I am also an influencer and I will make sure nobody I know goes here or recommends it to anyone. I am not the only person who dealt with this issue. Disgusting behavior from staff and will be looking to press this issue in court. He said I got my phone ran over on my google review but I never said that. I did go to the apple store I compared the pictures with them and they did say he caused more damage to my phone. And I can't believe you're complaining about all the "hard work" you put into it when the second I got it back neither one of my cameras worked, the service on my phone would not work and it would not give me the option to connect to Wi-Fi. It also took you 3 days, not a "couple hours". Not to mention the phone was burning hot to the touch without even using it. You can lie all you want but deep down you know the truth and your karma for being a thief and liar will come to light. When he replaced it back to the original parts it was more cracked and damaged than before (which I have photos of) and he never disclosed that it being more broken after him "fixing" it was a possibility. We have plenty of proof and when I opened up my phone it said in the settings app that the phone did not recognize the parts and they were not real apple parts. Stop lying and giving yourself fake 5 star reviews. It's sad and pathetic and I can't believe you call yourself a businessman. I also have no reason to lie because I did not benefit from this exchange in any way and in fact he cost me more money. When my boyfriend came in to get his phone fixed he said he had to "open it up and look at it" before setting a price yet he put a price sticker on it the second we left without opening it. First off I like to read reviews of places before I give them my business. And most of the time I use those reviews to make my decision. I first found this place a few months ago while killing some free time. This store is sort of hidden if your not looking for it. I walked in with my wife and we were greeted by a man named Joe. Joe was extremely nice and even opened up a new cellphone box to show me a BLU phone ( which I had never heard of) A few days later we returned and purchased that same phone. Joe went WAY out of his way in helping me to switch my straight talk plan over to the new phone. He made sure the phone worked and even gave me tips for future phone shopping. And it doesn't end there. Joe was personable, the kind of guy you could end up having a 45 min conversation with about absolutely nothing. So of course with my sons needed screen protectors put on there tablets, I drove straight to see Joe. He took 10 mins out of his day to properly place screen protectors I bought on my kids tablets. He didn't charge me a dime, and it wasn't even his product. Most recently, my new phone was water damaged from the rain. I took it over to Joe and he worked his magic. Two days later Joe called me to let me know my phone was fixed. I asked him what the price was and he said $40, but only when I took my phone home and tested it for a few days first. This company stands behind there work. And Joe cares about what he does. His store may be hidden back and hard to find, and it may not be a big name business, but I would recommend him to ANYONE. read more

My friend came here to get her phone fixed. The owner charged $300 and when she got it back it was way more damaged internally then when she brought it in. After taking it to someone else they informed her they had replaced her iPhone 13 battery with an iPhone 6 battery and had stolen numerous other parts from the inside of her phone and replaced it with faulty ones. Do not go here. Save your money and go somewhere where they will actually fix it. Even when she turned her phone on it said "Apple does not recognize parts" in her settings. The battery was overheated immediately after turning it on and the phone's motherboard had been messed with. read more

Stopped by today to get my Iphone SE second gen fixed. The things screen had been cracked awhile, I rolled on it in the night and I guess the LCD finally went out in it from the previous break. They were able to accurately and quickly diagnose my problem and assure me they could fix it! The price was fairly low to get the screen switched out and the whole thing only took about 30 minutes! My screen looks good as new!!! I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning here for future issues regarding electronics. read more
