I was originally told repair would take a few days then after I paid and left was told two weeks. I called after 18 days and was told my part was ready and to bring laptop in for same day fix. I was called again after leaving n told I would have to wait until the next day to pick up. I am not satisfied with the overall service I received. I had my iPhone screen replaced but now I constantly receive an error message about the part being used or being third-party, which has disabled FaceID. Additionally, two weeks later, I started experiencing random lines on the screen. The only way to get rid of them is to restart the phone or put it to sleep and then wake it up again. Unfortunately, I have moved too far away to go back to the service provider to fix it again. This place is fucking terrible I feel as if I got scammed. I recently just took my laptop up there to get it fixed because the laptop wouldn't charge, they said it should take around 3-5 buisness days for the repair so I waited and when I got paid I went up there, paid, and got my laptop thinking everything was going to be fine. But it wasn't my laptop still wouldnt charge so I opened the bottom of it notbing seemed to be thd problem but I took it bacl up there and the owner got mad at me because I opened it then told me the charger was supposed to be the original charger it came with which I still had and the one I used, but if thats the case why is the charger he was using to show me it worked the only other one that works? He sold me that charger for another 35 bucks and come to no suprise at all IT STILL DO NOT WORK AT ALL SO I JUST PAID OVER 100$ TO FIX MY LAPTOP THAT STILL DONT WORK.
