Yes, one can buy from Amazon or Best Buy, but when something goes wrong, that's where you want someone who is knowledgeable, friendly and in person. Geek squad is just not going to cut it. I reached out to this shop because I was having issues with my MacBook. While they don't service Mac products anymore, they used to! They will support out of warranty Mac's but because mine is still under Apple care, they immediately referred me to an in state certified Apple repair shop. They thought of me first. And I appreciated that. My son is just entering the workforce in computer repair and IT and I hope he learns about customer service like this business. He owns a PC. I messaged them on a weekend when they were aready closed about my daughter's cracked macbook screen, Byrom got back to me right away telling me he would be happy to make the repair. I paid for the screen the next day, dropped off the computer Monday, and picked it up Tuesday. It was like new. They charged approximately half the price other places had quoted. They even said that if the problem was more than just a screen replacement, they would fix it with no extra charge. I highly recommend them.
