I reached out to this shop because I was having issues with my MacBook. While they don't service Mac products anymore, they used to! They will support out of warranty Mac's but because mine is still under Apple care, they immediately referred me to an in state certified Apple repair shop. They thought of me first. And I appreciated that. My son is just entering the workforce in computer repair and IT and I hope he learns about customer service like this business. He owns a PC. The screen stopped working correctly almost immediately: half my screen would freeze sometimes, but now today, my phone is completely inoperable. I'm taking it to Apple to see if they can replace this screen for a genuine one and fix the issue. I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. Either way, do yourself a favor and take your Apple products to Apple stores.
