When I went to pick it up the price had changed to $419. Whatever...maybe it was sales tax and something else. After I left I realized I hadn't got my $50 deposit back. I called him 3 times during the week, left messages asking if he could Venmo it to me if that would be easier. I tried to call him again and now I was getting this weird double ring and a disconnect. I went and asked my office mate if she could try the number and he answered the phone right away. I asked him how I could go about getting my deposit back, and he said he wasn't going to give it to me - that I don't get it back. He never said that the deposit would be on top of everything else. Why would I pay $469 when I could get a brand new printer for much less. The guy is slimy - bad news. I recommend staying away from him. He is deceitful and will take advantage of you. I'm still contemplating small claims court.
